Very interesting and strange match. Marie had it won. Got hurt towards end of 2nd set. Jabeur even though down in match became a large -400 favorite.(after Marie injury)Marie(when noticeably hurt) actually up 4-2 in second set tie break(at this point she is now -400 favorite) then ultimately falls from this point.

Very interesting dynamic. Considering through out one was wondering if Marie might just retire at some point.

Who's going to have more grand slams
Carlos (age 20) or Coco (age 19)?
Carlos. Carlos will own tennis once Novak retires. Coco will have to many other women as good or better than her. Plus he already has the 2-0 lead.

The men's side is really awful.

She's the real deal though.

The top 10 on men's tennis include people like Rudd(has been literally awful since the French open final), Rune(who has seemed to have lost 20 matches in a row) Sinner, Rublev, Tits(all 3 completely incapable of ever winning a major in their careers). Fritz(big serve not really much more--basically a better version of John Isner---Isner had better serve but Fritz moves a lot better, unlikely to ever win a major). The only real threats to win a major are Med and Zverev but both are highly inconsistent why they have have only 1 major between them.

Will be Carlos and Novak for another 3 years or so and than all Carlos.

She is but A LOT of really good tennis players on women's side that are capable of winning majors.

She was finally able to beat Iga in a very tight 3 sets---but Iga is still way better(imo)

Lastly, I don't think Carlos is the best of the best of all time---if he had come up during the big 3 time he would be the andy Murray of that generation.
