Mc Gregor obviously was at a disadvantage fighting Mayweather in Mayweather's sport. I don't pay much attention to any fighting, and I didn't bet this fight either, but I thought Mayweather would win because McGregor is NOT A BOXER.

Suggesting officials might be corrupt in the most corrupt sport on earth is not an unreasonable position to take, especially if the casinos were really looking at record breaking losses. Just another reason to bet Mayweather.

But there's one thing I didn't give much thought to, UFC fights are much shorter in duration. The maximum time is a total of 25 minutes, and I don't think most fights come anywhere close to that. Obviously, McGregor never fought so long, and it's equally as obvious that made a huge difference at the end.

Raiders, I don't think anyone is disagreeing with you about R2 and R3 but what you want us to say?

It's like if the Patriots are playing the Jets and the Pats get a nice PI call in the first quarter. 3 hours later it doesn't really seem so important.

We get your point, it's just moot.

Of course it's moot. All this crying about one round or another would only be relevant if the fight went to a decision....which it didn't.

Here, I'll make you feel better. On my scorecard, McGregor won rounds 1 though 9 and got TKO'd in the 10th. Is that better?

Some people just can't let it go. It's over. Move on.

His point is that if it would have gone the distance, McGregor CLEARLY had rounds stolen from him.

Doesn't take a genius to understand his point here and nobody is crying, only stating facts.

But it didn't (only stating facts). End of thread.

A more interesting question for people who backed off on betting Floyd because they didn't think the fight would be on the up and up is what do you think now?

Not everything is a conspiracy theory. The guy giving up his perfect record to someone who isn't even in his sport was pretty far fetched. Given this spectacle, I didn't think it was totally impossible, but pretty damn far fetched. And a bad reason to dissuade you from betting on the fight.

I was one of those conspiracy nuts and I was dead ass wrong!

Casino's stood to lose $50m on a Mayweather loss. The judges weren't taking any chances.

Floyd fixed the fight alright. With that straight right hand.

In many of threads leading up I was saying Floyd by TKO was an absolute lock. The odds spoke for themselves. When have you ever seen floyd to win by decision at +250? Never. Maybe 20 years ago.

Too bad this was his last fight. There wont be anything more certain than Floyd taking a fight and winning.
