I like the Xavier Musketeers (-6), as they are (14-1) at home and they are the better offensive team in this matchup. According to KenPom, they have the 10th highest adjusted offensive efficiency rating and they are scoring the ninth most points per game. They also have the fourth-highest team shooting percentage, as they will continue to score throughout this game. Villanova is only (3-8) on the road this season, and I see them struggling again in this game. They struggle on the defensive end of the court and they’ve struggled to consistently score on the road. Those trends will continue and Xavier will cover the spread. Pick the Xavier Musketeers and lay the points (-6).

I like Miami (+2.5) on the road, as they have been incredible ATS on the road in their last 30 games and they are one of the best offenses in the country. According to KenPom, they have the sixth-highest adjusted offensive rating and they are scoring the 26th most points per game. They will efficiently score against this Virginia Tech defense and slowly pull away. The Hokies are only (5-5) in their last 10 games played and they’ve lost two of their last four games. They will struggle again against this Miami team and the Hurricanes will cover the spread on the road. The Hurricanes are one of the best road teams in the country in my opinion and I see them staying hot in this one. Pick the Miami Hurricanes and take the points (+2.5).

I like the Baylor Bears (-1.5) on the road, as Kansas State has sputtered over the last month and I see the Bears trending in the correct direction. Kansas State won’t be able to get enough stops throughout this game, as the Bears have the second-highest adjusted offensive efficiency rating and they are scoring the 38th most points per game. The four games that Baylor has lost on the road are against very good teams. I don’t see the Wildcats being as good as everyone thinks, as their home record will fall in this one. Pick the Baylor Bears and lay the points (-1.5).

Ducks vs. Lightning Over 6.5
GAME: (NHL) Anaheim vs. Tampa Bay 02/21/2023 7:00 PM EST

I like the over (6.5) in this one, as I see the Lightning scoring a ton of goals in this. The Ducks will also be able to cash in a few times to push this total over the number. The over is also (4-1) in their last five meetings and it is (8-1) in the Ducks’ last nine games against teams with a winning record. Tampa Bay will have countless opportunities to score and I expect them to cash in enough to push this total over the number. Anaheim is allowing the most goals and shots per game and the Lightning are surrendering 2.9 goals per game. The Lightning will consistently score through and the Ducks will find the back of the net enough to push this total over the number. Pick the over (6.5) and expect a high-scoring game.

GAME: (NHL) Toronto vs. Buffalo 02/21/2023 7:30 PM EST
PICK: Total: 6.50 | -130.00 Over
I LOVE the over (6.5) in this game. The Sabres are scoring the third most goals per game and they have the sixth-highest PP-scoring percentage in the NHL. They will continue to find the back of the net at home and they will do their part in pushing this total over the number. But, they are allowing the 24th most goals per game and the 25th most shots. The Maple Leafs will have multiple opportunities to push this total over (6.5) and I expect them to cash in. The Leafs are scoring the eighth most goals per game and they have the eighth-highest PP-scoring percentage. Both teams will take advantage of their man-up opportunities and there will be a ton of goals scored in this game. The over is also (22-8-4) in their last 34 meetings overall. Pick the over (6.5) and expect an offensive battle.
