I hate to date myself....but I remember in the mid 2000s when Dr. Bob was all the rage and every Thursday afternoon the lines would move 3, 4, even 5 points on his plays! There was some discussion that sportsbooks were subscribing to his plays to beat the punters to the line move. Anyway, I was listening to a podcast and a respected LV sportsbook director was on and he called the idea that any respectable sportsbook would care what play a tout put out to be both comical and amateurish. And as we all know, Dr. Bob has been in a long slumber the past 10+ years. Believe me, sportsbooks don't care about touts at all.

The lines are moving because these guys are betting big bucks on their picks first before they release them. I know for a fact the RAS guy does.

Cappers betting big bucks on their own plays resulting lines move.

Think about this one. How much action u think will need to move lines on a game across all major books Pinnacles, 5Dimes, Bookmaker, etc.? $2 million across multiple books? If that capper RAS has that kind of liquid cash playing 3 games daily, they certainly don't need to sell their plays.

1st and foremost, lines many cappers give out are pretty off IN THEIR FAVOR to start with. 2nd, if they are really good, they might have some syndicates tail their plays.

Maddux - Charlotte / Milwaukee Over 241 (play dropped early this morning and line has move 3-4 points bcs all the US books get his plays and the race is on bcs they move the line as soon as dude drops em w/in 10-30 seconds every game)

It varies a little, but in general you're on point with that comment. I actually had to ask Sal if he could text instead of email as I wasn't getting those on a timely basis (something wrong with the Gmail notifications) and the line had typically moved by the time I received the picks.

My only question to you is why are you bothering wasting your time with a bunch of know-it-alls?

I periodically come here for kicks and giggles, but don't bother posting plays because it's been kiddie time here for a long time. It's pretty much begging, bickering, and editorial comments on services. I go elsewhere now to get plays so I don't have to bother with the nonsense.
