Didn't know if could do it but Mexican president using works like "constructive", "collaborate as friends". Trump talking about their 5 SHARED goals which are all apart of Trumps platform. He has shown today that he can talk and work with other countries and get things accomplished. I'm a little shocked. Trump absolutely killed it today. The gamble paid off huge.

So people from their own country doesnt want them back, yet America must take them becasue if we send them back to where they belong is mean......amazing people think like that. Trump has no problem with immigrants.....he just wants him to come here legally....whats wrong with that????

That's part of it but there are obvious economic reasons too. A lot of these people are working in the USA and sending their money back to family in Mexico. Others are utilizing our education system, healthcare, and other services meaning they are a drain here rather than a drain there. And if the disgruntled Mexican resident in Mexico has nowhere to escape to in order to find work to support their family, then the Mexican government has to answer for their actions/policies. So long as the northern border is an option (a great option at that), the Mexican government will find corruption easier. There is a reason that Mexico protects its won borders.

The truth is, a vast majority of Mexicans that come here are desperate and seeking a way to support their families. We, as a country, have done nothing to curb them from coming. So I cannot blame a Mexican for coming to America to better his or her life or the lives of their family when the laws here regarding immigration are in paper only, and not being actually enforced. I CAN and will blame the United States Government for having provided the incentive.

And this is why you will always need border control before amnesty. Amnesty before border control breeds incentives for more to come here. In the eighties, Reagan agreed to provide amnesty for illegal immigrants so long as Congress agreed to pass border security laws. Reagan granted Amnesty and the Congress never held up their end of the bargain. The result of that, coupled with the mass migration to northern Mexico after NAFTA was enacted created a bigger problem of border crossing than we had ever experienced before.

Whether it a physical wall or human military personnel wall, we have to secure the border before any other policy is committed to for the people already here.

Funny how the liberals have taken over this thread to bash Trump going to Mexico. I think it was a sharp move and I actually think it was quite productive. The US has a major problem with the number of illegals crossing the border between the crime, drugs, illegals drawing welfare, going to our emergency rooms, etc.; the Democrats want open borders and sanctuary cities. Our liberal posters bash and bash and bash and never offer any solutions. We need to close the border. End of story.

This is your idea of policy discussion that liberals here are so scared of? :):)

Reagan had huge regrets about that deal and felt very betrayed.

If Reagan were here now he would tell us, "NEVER AGAIN!"

Joe first post of his day....always mentions me. He just can't help himself.

his day starts with Vitterd posts and ends with Vitterd posts. What a sick stalker.

Says the troll with "Acebb, Sheriff Joe and festeringZit" in his signature. :ohno:

Just another day in vitardville: nothing substantive except trolling, trolling, trolling, all day long.

poker fraud vitard's "contributions" to this thread:

How is it different from you dipshits that would say " what about emails" if Clinton did the same?

Nice straw man! You are a one trick pony and quickly climbing the ladder of clueless idiots.

I was mocking you dummy.

You need new material.

So me replying to your comment by is a straw man and defection but your exact same type of comment is some great debate? face)(*^%

Good move deflecting .....you took it on the chin by not seeing your own words.

Slow down.....and you won't forget. Know your limitations.

Just smack yourself in the face and call it a night. Your circular logic is a little boring for me.

I will leave you with a little advice....by registering in 2012 and have 167 posts, I guess you were going with theory of let people think you're an idiot instead of opening your mouth and removing all doubt.....you should have stayed with that.

And it goes on and on and on and on - 24-7-365 (especially holidays when "normal people" are with their friends and loved ones)

Ho hum, another day of the cancerous troll doing his thing...

You post here on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Everybody knows you're completely alone and your only interaction with people is on the World Wide Web.

You start your day trolling me and you end your day trolling me.

There is a reason nobody responds to you up here. Go back downstairs with the other Vitterd trolls.....that's where people actually reply to your stalking.

you have been forum cancer for a decade under several names.

Hilarious, whenever any of the other multitude of people point out that Vitterd is in here all day long 24/7 trolling, his response is:

"Um, nananana No YOU are the troll. "

Like the kid is actually in 2nd grade or something. The guy is seriously sick in the head.

Vitterd will troll you all day long.

He sits here 24/7 looking for people to troll.

He's probably the biggest loser on the internet. Just wait until you hear all his lies about how he's a retired poker millionaire, and
how he's made > $25K betting baseball this season... the list goes on and on.

He's an exposed pathological liar, he really needs medical help.

Spot on. You called it.
