Yes, we've obviously never seen this before (in so many more ways than one), but technically he's not impeached by the house until the House notifies the Senate. She may never do that.

If your bet reads something like "will the house vote to impeach", then you already lost.

Perfect example of this country's 'news'. I can totally see how tons of people thought he was impeached. All the news sources I looked at titled the articles and made the public believe he was impeached. But yeah, as stated above that's just the house vote, and also the vote with a democratic majority. Now it goes to the senate (Republican majority) & will most likely go opposite way. I believe I read that a 2/3 vote is needed. No matter what news source you hear/see DO NOT TAKE IT AS TRUTH. Look into what politicians have done and what there policies have been so you have actual evidence. We are SOOOO Misinformed as citizens in this country...HUGE problem no matter where you side politically.
But personally, I find it ridiculous that a president can have an affair in office (Clinton) and gets impeached rather quickly while a prez that has made numerous impeachable offenses is so difficult to get rid of. Unless you are in favor of having limited or more expensive health care, don't give a sh** about the air you breath/wildlife, those that are less fortunate, and want to feed greedy millionaires even more $ than I guess Trump is your guy. If you don't believe any of those things are the case then you have been misinformed and need to do more research. I HAVE.

OK, so he's technically impeached when the House sends the impeachment to the Senate, and Nancy hasn't done that and may not do that (I really have no idea what she's going to do)

I had predicted she wouldn't vote to impeach, blaming it on the Senate. But it looks like maybe she took it one step further, have the vote but still don't send it to the Senate and blame it on the Senate.
