Not playing all of LSU @ -3 hurt some but i'm trying not to buy too many pts and i think over all i've saved by not doing that too often

better price than 13.5 -110...one of the better defenses in the ncaa shouldn't be getting 2 TDs imo on a neutral field

Uconn gave up almost 500 yds to syracuse last week and has given up at least 385 yds in 6 of last 7 games!!! They have benefitted w a non-offensive TD in 4 straight games as well, and qb frazier has thrown an INT in 5 of the 6 games he has played and has completed less than 50% in 3 of 6 games...by comparative lines this spread should be about 5, so crossing key number looks like value to me

but duke played 2 FCS teams this yr so they needed 7 wins for bowl eligibiltiy

ahh, you are right about that. Only one win towards a FCS team counts.

Cal in the weird position of beating stanford in their rivalry game, taking a week off, then going on the road in a somewhat meaningless game for them...UW, after a much needed bye week, beat wash st and now looks to finish their season on a high note in front of the home crowd, where they're 4-2 at home this season...new coaching staff and jake locker will play this game like it's their bowl game imo

btw weather conditions and sloppy field negating USF speed i just don't feel this is as good a play as i did earlier in the week...still like the +7.5 just not as much

It's the right thing to do mathematically and in the long run, but taking pitt ML instead of +2 cost me a 5-1 +2.8* week..oh well, as long as i'm consistent it should work out in my favor in the long run

Bowl plays:

4* UNC +3 -115
2* Tex Tech -7

UNC better defensively and essentially home field getting pts
T Tech is home, lost bowl game last yr, mich st in a bit of a mess right now, and i think this spread will go higher so could set up for a middle

might go to 13, but 11 is stronger and don't want to lose that...

wyoming hasn't turned the ball over this season, fresno is poor in to margin, fresno has terrible defense and run defense, and yet they are favored by DD's...if you can get a DD dog that has an edge in winning the to battle and arguably the better defense i feel it merits a look, and i admittedly haven't seen one play of wyoming all season (probably better that way...!!)

was hoping this would go to 10 but that's not gonna happen now...

tough minded defense and solid run game with a chance to make a statement against a "name" program...BC lost bowl game last yr for first time in many years and should be motivated in coach spaz's first bowl as head man

cal 1-4 last 5 as fav...defense gave up over 400 yds in 6 of 9 conference games, including games vs wash, wash st, and ucla!!!

BC is Horrible...

You can't hand off the ball every down and expect to beat USC. They will have to throw it and Shinske and his 10 completions a game are ridiculously bad. He couldn't hit the inside of a barn if he was in it !

BC played no one....

USC willl come to play and easily cover this game...Carroll will not drop the ball for the youngsters..

I always side with one of the best defensive teams in the nation...huskers have allowed over 4ypc in a game twice all year, while AZ has allowed less than 4ypc only 3 times all year vs weak run teams (asu #83, ucla #97, wazzu *118)...i expect nebraska to control los and running game...going w/ the tougher, more physical team

temple runs 2:1 ratio...ucla has personnel issues on o-line, qb just started practicing this week...bruins have only scored more than 24 twice since opening day, and one of those was vs wash st (does that even count..??)...temple pretty stout on d-line, and w/ cold weather i would expect this to be a conservatively played game
