Steve I really don't care who is right and who is wrong, but don't you forget what it took you to be where you are at today, don't forget all the guys (beanners as you would probably call US) who didn't spend that much money but that always spoke highly to the bosses or owners of different books who have made you who you are today

I can't take it anymore this is the most rediculous thread I think I have ever read. Steve runs a business, in order for the business to run smoothly and efficiently he needs to put in certain rules about things, If you know the rules and don't like them, then order somewhere else that will service you, and dont waste your valueble time coming onto a public forum to complain they wont stretch the rules for you. I go to Time out quite a bit, and I dont think Steve owes me a damn thing, he offers a service for a price, I choose to pay for the service, If i am unhappy I will not go there in the future.

I happen to know Steve and his family very well, he is a very good and very fair businessman.
What customers forget to understand is that most situations lead to more then why won't Time Out run us a order half way across town even know it doesn't meet the policies that Steve set? Simple, if you think about it, it ties up the delivery guy from making profitable deliveries to closer areas. If you have patronized Time Out Tavern you will see that the employment staff there is solid. Wonder why that is? Because it comes from good management. Everyone in business knows your customers are you back bone, with that being said you also need to be a smart enough businessman to know where to draw the line.
For those that feel they will find a better deal with better service then the Time Out Tavern you are kidding yourself, or you have not lived here very long!!!

everyone there is nothing but first class.... they have ALWAYS treated me like gold.
the people at the TOT are nothing but good people.... all of the staff including the guy from Uruguay..... their all about service... thats what keeps us loyal patrons coming back ... even if it involves a 40 min drive:toast:
I know bro, but not everyone makes the big bucks, and btw I didn't say you call us beanners, you are an educated man, my point was don't forget about those who cant afford the sandwiches(at all times), thats it
I like you and the family, remember I met them in Puerto Viejo and YES I did have the first sandiwch and miss it, maybe someday you can have like special places to deliver besides the area you already cover, just my two cents
