Take it up with the owner face to face or even call him on the phone...I'm sure an agreement could be worked out...

You know VD, in all honesty the kid was handling the call well until he refused to pass on my comment to management. All I did was ask him to tell management that we like the food and now that they deliver to Sta Ana we would be ordering often... and most times it would be worth their while. The answer i got from him is "don't tell me i'm just a simple employee"... that ticked me off and triggered the negative post. Employees like that kill businesses in a heart beat... i would never keep anybody like that around chasing away business while i work my ass off to keep the business running smoothly... specially now when bars aren't doing to well anyway.

Knowing Ariel like I do, it was probably a language thing with him, if it wasn't then he deserves to get his ass kicked and I'm sure that Steve would not put up with that...Steve goes out of his way to make sure customers are happy and has a heart of gold, just ask the orphanages that he helps year around...

No language thing... i am fully bilingual and english is actually my second language. Our conversation was all in spanish and his words in spanish were: "a mi no me lo digas... yo soy un simple empleado".

Nice break down you tool... the only thing you're missing is that it is low season and we don't have that many people in the office... the other thing you're missing is 3 times as many people work in SB's on the weekends and not week days. More so i don't feel like having to convince 5 people to eat TOT for lunch just to meet with your ridiculous minimum. Anyway this is pointless because after your lousy customer service (gay argentinian snotnose punk) and your stupid post just the thought of one of your sandwiches makes me want to puke.

You ladies need to settle this on the field, and get off the forums.
If TOT wins, they can tell this Darkness freak to go blow himself...and then kick dirt on him.
If Darkness's team wins (that is if he can scrape some dudes together, because he sounds like an angry lonely guy) the TOT has to deliver to his office, with a smile.

Want to know why service can be slow sometimes? Because we drive 45 minutes out of the way to Santa Ana to hook up the guys who use to give us a lot of business. Now when there is a 10.000 minimum ,which we have had since we opened originally, you have a problem with it and instead of calling me back personally you have to call back Ariel and harass him. You didn't understand that there is nothing he can do about it? Didn't he tell you he was only an employee? Why wouldn't you ask to speak to me or my wife or my brother? You have been ordering from us for 2 1/2 years.

Instead you call us out here on the board in front of our core customers. Not only that but you did it in a rude manor. Lets just keep it simple I will work on my service problems by not delivering to Matra anymore. This will allow for us to have much faster deliveries to our customers in Escazu, Sabana, Pavas and Rohrmoser. I hate to lose customers like this but I think this is the best way to handle it. Good luck.

It's all good quinn I am not in the least upset about this. It's just business and unfortunately sometimes it goes off course. I think Darkness is right and not delivering there would have been the best decision when we started up delivery after we opened the TOT. I am loyal though and will still deliver out to the guys in sportsbook.com. Even though it can make service tough but those guys are very understanding of just how far out of the way it is. We appreciate all the business the guys from the rx give us. Thanks everybody.

Just an innocent question, but does your driver go by motorcycle or car? There is no reason even in heavy traffic for it to take 45 minutes by motorcycle from ToT to Santa Ana. I guess it depends exactly where in Santa Ana, but it should take about 30 minutes round-trip at most.

He is on motorcycle and I have made many deliveries myself and waited outside for the customer to come out. By no means is 45 minutes an exageration of total turn around time from here to Matra.

Make your own its really not that hard....Buy some bread throw some chicken or steak on the grill or go to auto mercado buy some lunchmeat and your all set..Guess im lucky my wife is a gourmet cook..Your sandwiches and luches are great TOT but really not hard to make the same thing at home..And its really not worth coming on here and bitching like some a-hole about food...
