First, now try not to take this the wrong way, but you have already expressed your opinion on this subject to me more times than I realy care to remember....So please, any more times and it will become alittle irritating....I am sure you can understand why......JMO.
Now, I will state to for the umteenth time. This is rather funny because, I cant see how you didnt remember me explaining this to you and others here several times before.....But again for you, one last time, heres what I do....
I post my record Daily and Weekly, as I have stated that I do not follow a YTD record....If anything, a my YTD record is for my own personal records.....But, I have stated that I will now at times post my YTD record from time to time, just to keep it updated for those that need it, and so I won't get to behind with it for my records only.....The last time I did post an update YTD record for MLB was last Thursday if I am not mistaken....
Now, I know that you are at the RX mostly every single day, and I know that you view my thread when you are here, so what more easier way for you to keep track me, and easier for you to compare who is on a HOT streak and who is NOT....I try to update my Daily and Combined Weekly Record each day at the beginning of my threads, and then also most times in the end of my threads.....For you, I dont see how a YTD, when it comes to following me or another is advantageous, because you are here each and everyday and you view my threads each and everyday, so it wouldn't be hard for you to know exactly how I am doing, dont you agree?.....
Now, for your other comment about posting YTD Records....like unochamp once explained to some other person here,.....what good is a YTD record if a person wins 100 games straight, then he loses the next 40 games....He will be hitting 71% and his record will still be reflecting an awesome record with 100W-40L= 71%. But for one, how will new people know that he lost the last 40 games.....Also, if you came in to follow this person anytime after approx the first 70 games were released, YOUR FVCKEN DEAD!....God forbid, you saw this persons YTD record of 100 wins and no loses and you jump on this persons ship at that time......Do you catch my drift.....Think about it!....
YTD records are good in a way, but they do not reflect the PEEKS AND VALLEYS, the HOT AND COLD STREAKS, that we all know we all will go through......So I ask you this, what use is it to those who want to promote their YTD records to other people.....It is not a reflection of how they are really doing NOW, either daily or weekly, but a flection of how they did in the past with the present thrown in with it....And from the example I posted above, you can see how that can be alittle misleading in a way.....
YTD as I stated only reflects how they are doing for the whole year combined, or the season up to now.....I can tell you that most people here and those that come to this site, will play on a daily and weekly basis and not a yearly basis.....What I mean by this, is that they will not have a bankroll to and follow a strict money management system.....Those that do follow on a yearly basis, are those that are very discipline and follow a strict money management, and as we all know they are the few......Still though, if a person is following me on a yearly basis, on each and every single play I put out.....which again I expect none do,....they themselves will know by the amounts in their accounts if they are winning or losing, and I am sure that they will know what % if any they are up....
You see, I am not here to HURT anyone in any way, and I will try to let them know in an efficient up to the present, way of knowing how I am doing....Using a daily or weekly record is my way of doing this......I want them to see when I am Hot and when I am Not.....This way they will know exactly how I am doing NOW, and not how I did in the past.....Which I stated to you with the example can be alittle misleading.....
Understand this, I am not here to promote my overall YTD record....And I am not here to hide behind it either, which can be done once you have a hot streak and then now are in a cold one.....I have nothing to hide, and I feel this way of recording my daily and weekly records, others will be able to see that I am not....Also, for me personally, I know how I am doing as I go by what my account states and that is good enough for me....
Next, I never ever touted or promised anyone that I could hit this amount or that amount.....I never even claimed to be a savior of anyone or even stated to anyone that they need to follow me because I am the FVCKIN DEAL....Never, I just do my work, share my work, and show others what they are, and welcome anyone who wants to follow them if they are interested.....That is it....When I win, I am happy....when I lose I am not, but like I stated, I am not here to get anyone in over their heads or hurt them in anyway.....That is another reason why I do not state to them how much they should play or what they should play......That is their choice to do....I just put out what I capped out to be the best for them and me to make money off of, and I place a value on each of the games I release to show them my opinion of which games are the better or best games to make more of an investment on....
People who need or want to compare YTD records for whatever reason they want to do this, need to remember, that if you are looking to hit a certain % at the end of the year, then you will to realize that the YTD records good or bad at this time is not a reflectant true reflectant of how a person will eventually end the year.....Here is just another example, if you only took my BEST CBB POD and followed them for the entire season, you will see that in the beginning I was hitting just 33% of my POD's, but as the season went on, I ended hitting 63% of my POD's.....Thus, this is another example of how my YTD on my POD's would of reflected to you that I suck, which it did....but it would of also made most either fade me or totally abandon me, which would result in you losing money because you faded me, or you to miss out on my HOT season ending run to BIG PROFITS!....
So this primarily why to me, I see that posting my up to the day and weeks record can help some be more accurate on whether they should fade my plays or whether they should hit them hard, as it is more reflective of how I am doing now.....And to me, I think when it comes to gambling, for most, NOW is ALL that matters.....Who cares that you hit 30 straight, if you just lost the 15?......
Lastly, for me, a daily and weekly record makes me more determined following a losing day or losing week to work harder to get back to winning....Instead of just trying to wait for things to change, or to say something like, I get it back next month, or at years end, I will reflect a profitable season.....No, I want to correct the lose now and become determined to do this, as a daily and weekly record if in the negative will constantly be there for me to see, which will constantly make me focused to get back into the positive fast, not through stupid risking more money by chasing the losses.....But by trying work harder in capping out the winners through more focus and more determination to win NOW.
This is how I am doing things, and how I will continue to do things as I see it to be better for me and for others who follow me.....For those who have a problem with it, the only thing that I can say is try to overcome your problem with it, and concentrate instead on making you the BEST that YOU can be....Still though, I will make necessary changes to how I do things as I see fit, as nothing is set in stone, and there is always a better way of doing things.....For now, I see this as the best way.....
If anyone needs my YTD, because you just need it....All I can say to you is that if I hadnt yet updated it, then the easiest way to get it is to find my last updated YTD I did post, then go to each Sunday of every month and just added it up....I tried to make it simple for anyone to get it, all they need to do is add up all the week ending records.......
