Iverson to much of a thug to get in

Carter is a scorer but he also shoots 50x a game

Any love for Jason Kidd? 14/9/7 not the best numbers but the intangibles he had were some of best of all time at the point in his prime...playing a little past his prime has hurt him a little I think...also did a lot with the NETS when they didn't have half the talent of other teams they were beating

I. Thomas has to be in there too IMO but the people that make this list will never put him in there...he wasn't exactly a favorite amongst coaches and/or past players

I laughed when that list came out and Scottie Pippen was on it.

Same here, total joke. I'll never forget the time he refused to enter a game because
the coach set up the final play for Tony Kukoc - what an idiot.

Or when Pippen sat out the final game (loss) of the 1990
Eastern Conference Finals against the Pistons, because he said
he had a headache.

Um, Scottie, so what?

Bill Laimbeer? You must be from Michigan, and high on crack.

Here the thug just tackles Larry Bird, and Larry in turn punches
him in the head.

Robert Parrish and Michael Jordan are also famous for getting sick
of Laimbeer and punching him in the face.

Parrish clocks Bill Laimbeer, dropping him.

I guess this isn't impressive to you at all:

- Rodman earned NBA All-Defensive First Team honors seven times
- Voted NBA Defensive Player of the Year twice
- Led the NBA in rebounds per game for a record seven consecutive years
- Won five NBA championships (1989, 1990, 1996, 1997, 1998)

Rodman was only 6'8''. He dominated a world where players were much taller than him. A lot of players struggle to win one championship, many great players won't ever win one, Rodman managed to contribute and be a Champion 5 times.

Plus look at what Phil Jackson had to say about him:

The greatest athlete according to Phil Jackson

After receiving an honorary doctor of letters degree from his alma mater, University of North Dakota, Lakers coach Phil Jackson touched upon a range of subjects from the school’s nickname to the greatest athlete he has ever coached.

And it wasn’t Michael Jordan. Or Kobe Bryant. Or Shaquille O’Neal. Not Karl Malone, Derek Fisher, Rick Fox, Scottie Pippen, Steve Kerr, Bill Cartwright or Smush Parker (OK, so he might not belong).

No, the player Jackson called the greatest that he has coached is that wedding dress aficionado and Newport Beach police’s favorite basketball bad boy, Dennis Rodman. That’s right. No need to rub your eyes.

“He could probably play a 48-minute game and play the 48th minute stronger than the first minute of the game,” Jackson told the crowd at UND. “He was that terrific an athlete.”

Pippen absolutely top 50 of all time

How many NBA players can say they made the playoffs 16 years in a row...only missed them once in his 17 year career

6x champion
7x all-star
3x all-nba First team (2x 2nd team, 2x 3rd team)
8x all-nba defensive team (2x 2nd team)
2 Gold Medals
Holds Following NBA records: Career Assists by a forward, steals by a forward, 3 pt fg in NBA finals game, 1 of 3 players to get 200 steals and 100 blocks in one season...His 10x all defense and 8x all nba are both only 1 short of NBA record.

Didn't even get into his sick career numbers...end of conversation...please name me 50 better than him...not even close
