I believe he's back and rolling. He may not be in the top 10 as a total gambler (wagering on every sport) but in terms of college hoops he's one of the best.

Alan Boston would be interesting, I know he had some bad runs and I thought he was considering going "consultant." However he may have got some investors or built his bankroll and he may be back in the game.

Shrink- Is Doyle Brunson and/or Chip Reese on that list. I know several years ago they were having tremendous success. I just figured they are concentrating on poker so much right now.
