Not that long of a list really. And almost zero impact players. Maybe 1-2 players will have a serious impact on their team. Basically what you'd expect... the guys who can opt out and benefit their career in some form or fashion might do it, but generally speaking guys are playing.

Maybe being overweight has something to do with holding out?
