I have dealt with Krackman for 2 years now and he has in the past put in reverse claims(where we paid him on a loser) and also has corrected us when we put to much money in his account. Less than 1% of the gamblers out there do this. We are talking about a stand-up guy here with no hidden agendas. Hey krackman I like the statement about him saying it to your face, we both know that will never happen unless he has a gun /infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif

Krackman,

Thanks for clearing that up for the other posters. When a player poster becomes popular, there are bound to be other posters who don't like it or him. I believe that this Informador saw an opportunity to rag on you and went for it. With you having over 38 outs, this Informador could be working for any of these and not affiliated with Royal at all.

FYI, I don't understand what all the hubub is about.
Adam, our Head Linesman, and Krackman have had, and still enjoy a documented personality conflict.
They are are like similar magnets, whenever they get too close they repel. While we certainly appreciate Krackman's business as well as the yoeman's job that Adam does for Royal Sports, if push came to shove we would probably have to choose our loyal employee over our loyal client.
I have spoken with Krackman about this topic and he knows exactly where we stand on this subject.
Royal has no problems with Krackman and I thought the feeling was mutual.
To set the record straight for those scoring at home, I have no idea who Informador is. Informador does not work for or at Royal Sports in any fashion, his address says he resides in Costa Rica. His insight into the industry is crystal clear and I would not be surprised if he worked at another sportsbook, perhaps even one of the many where Krackman has an account. This person could not have any of Krackman's Royal account data.
Royalisland is also not affiliated with Royal Sports in any way. However imitation is the sincerest form of flatery.
We are in the process of the relocation to our new building. We appreciate your patience with us at this time as this is an arduous process. We are having the grand celebration outside right now with many large festival tents, open bars and marching bands to regale the government ministers, foreign dignitaries and indian chiefs in attendance. Just check out our new and improved web connection speed at www.BetRoyal.com

At the end of the day this(booking) is a CUSTOMER SERVICE biz- that's it(there is no physical product per say). I don't think there is ever a good reason to yell at a customer. If you dont want his plays then tell him thanks but no thanks. No one has a right to play in a joint (online or landbased). Try counting down the decks and playing variences in BJ on the strip and see how long you last. To be fair, if you were betting the max on anything then its reasonable for the clerk to get an authorization, but such a hold-up should not take longer than it takes to yell out the bet. I don't see customers pointing out bad lines very often if at all---what more can you ask for in a customer?

anyways, i don't worry about you krack, im sure you'll get down in the end /infopop/emoticons/icon_biggrin.gif

Informador is 100% IN CURACAO not Costa Rica.

"His insight into the industry is crystal clear"

ARE YOU KIDDING? HE HAS NO CLUE WHAT HE IS TALKING ABOUT(BONUS WHORE)

"This person could not have any of Krackman's Royal account data"

YOU REALLY CAN'T BE THIS STUPID???? ADAM GAVE HIM THE INFO AND INFORMADOR POSTED IT. SO OF COURSE HE HAD MY ACCOUNT INFO.

BOTTOM LINE IS YOUR GUY FVCKED UP BY GIVING OUT CUSTOMER INFO. You don't want to admit it that's fine but if you read above it's CRYSTAL CLEAR.

Don't let it bother you. Just for one day I would like to be at the controls of this forum with a good computer engineer with the ability to identify the names of the people posting.

'Informador' definitely was made privy to (supposedly)CONFIDENTIAL info about a clients account. Or at 'best' was given false info about said account and was encouraged to post it.

At any rate, I would take Krackmans word over his any day of the week.

I have always defended and/or praised Royal on these forums, but this thread is asinine, and I have no choice but to think that it gestated as a result of 'info' provided by Royal itself.

That's bullshit.

Dear Krackman,
What aspect of your personal, closely guarded and strictly confidential Royal client information are you referring to being compromised? I really don't understand and have read the posts thouroughly. Please clarify here for the fine members of this forum or call Marty on the BatPhone.

"enjoy a documented personality conflict.Choose our loyal employee over our loyal client"
Posting his acct info!
Not giving him the line thats on your web pg?
Any place that yells at a customer and thinks all this is right,Doesn't get any more action from me!
What do you think your the only game in town!

I THINK there was more info about Krackman's betting habits, bet sizes etc. posted but the moderator (rightly IMO) deleted it.

Yeah that would be real useful, give me a break, who cares? Do we really need to know who imformador is? does it really matter? the only ones this concerns is Krackman and Royal. And response to another post we all pretty much know who is a shill and who is not if they have ten posts and nine are on the topic of a certain book there you have it. who needs to know where their from and who cares....jmo

Krackman is not being stiffed or cheated and Royal is not accusing him of being a beard.Sounds to me there is a personality conflict, And if they don't want his biz because they think he is to sharp Big f***#*# deal Krackman moves on down the road and uses one of his many other outs

He is the guy you dealt with, that's how I know!
Also, you never, "NEVER", had a chance to get a bonus on that 10k, believe me!<<<

Of course this guy might know Krackman from another book and is trying to stir up shit, but this is the part of the post that really disturbs me.

Has Krackman mentioned about 10K specifically in another thread? I don't recall, but if not this is pretty specific info that does not need to be posted on a public forum and unless Krackman HAS posted this info previously (not sure if he has or not), then one can only assume it came from the Royal employee, regardless of who ultimately ended up posting the info here.

Krackman is somebody who just throws money at people - hardly a person interested in collecting on a few hundred in bonus money.

I can't be positive and I don't like doing searches but I think Krackman mentioned he deposited 5 figures before they mentioned it.

Dicky- You put up a good post and I thank you for making me stop and think.

Fvck this place and in the end I WILL NOT LOSE SLEEP OVER IT BUT THEY WILL LOSE CUSTOMERS... THAT I CAN GUARANTEE

/infopop/emoticons/icon_wink.gif

Marty- Since you don't want to call me or e-mail me I will be more then happy to go back and forth with you here.(finacially I am not the one that can be hurt by doing so)

Read the first post by Adam's buddy informador. Funny thing when I talked to Victor(ONE OF THE MANAGERS) he went to this thread and COULD NOT BELIEVE WHAT HE READ and agreed 1000% that "Adam is wrong and should not be telling people this kind of stuff" but on a forum you are acting like you guys are not guilty of anything.

I never reply on this forum. I am only here to defend a true friend. I am not taking sides because Royal is my neighbors and Marty is a close friend also. I had the pleasure of meeting Krackman a few weeks ago. We became such good friends that when I left for the rest of my trip I invited him along. I must say Krackman and me will be friends forever. You could never have a better friend than him. He is honest, caring and just a all around great guy. He calls me or I call him everyday. He is not a steam player just a smart player. And his knowledge of the sportsbook industry is unmatched.I dont know his problem with Royal I just hope they work it out.Royal and their staff of guys are top notch all the way. And I have never had a problem with them in business or on a personal level. I am just here to stand beside a friend. Like I said Krackman is old school and the way he handles his business is first class. We look forward to his calls in this office everyday. If everyone was like him this world of offshore sportsbooks would be a better place.

To Krackman lovers and haters around the world,
We at Royal Sports want it noted that we cherish Mr.K's action. We are not in business to refuse bets, we simply must apply our business principles of risk management. We are all in agreement about that condition, especially since we only run ONE LINE. The 'fair lines to shoot at' we profess in our advertising.
Granted sometimes anticipation can make 5 seconds seem like 5 minutes, a pause is different than a hold. No one is ever put on hold unless many large hits come simultaneously, including Mr.K. But in which case we do have a first come-first served policy, that we feel is fair to all our clientele.
On the sensitive subject of confidentiality, Krack himself disclosed "I sent them 5 figures" in this forum. To a Dutch guy: 5 figures = ($10K-9999). Somebody (??) then mentions 10K and now the next thing you know somebody and even Sting is inscinuating that there is a breach of confidential player data at Royal Sports. To all of that I say "Humbug"!. We should all have better things to pursue at this time of year. Get with the Spirit before it's too late.
We invite any one who wants to chime in and take an unsubstantiated potshot at the character and reputation of Royal Sports to please do so at this time. But please base them on fact, rather then heresay or inuendo. We love and respect Krackman, apprecicate his professionalism, never called him a Bonus Whore, because he's not. and would love to hear Krackman's response to the alleged breach of confidentiality. Merry Christmas to All.....
