Do you plan to "clean it up" or let it stay as is?

From my own purely selfish perspective what kills me about such an asinine post and topic heading by Informador is that as a reader of Rx I could lose the valuable info and feedback frequently posted here by Krackman. Here's a guy who gives as much time and effort as anyone posting on these forums to help other players make informed decisions regarding books they may choose to play at, and now he gets slammed with this ridiculous bullshit. SunTodd wisely sought Krackman's advice, Krackman was kind enough to spend his time and energy responding with his honest opinion, and for his efforts he gets shit on. Hopefully Krackman is a better man than I am, because were it me taking this crap I'd just shut up and stay silent.

I don't think that what happened to Krackman as a player is terribly different than what happened to Wall Street or GCS as a book.
Don't think Krackman deserved the blast from Royal, and don't think Wall Street deserved the blast from Sting.
And so it goes........

peep, just as I did not NAME the main principals involved with Wall Street, the same respect is to be bestowed upon PLAYERS. So you are comparing apples with oranges. Also Peep, such a post is indicative that you yourself are more than just a player, otherwise you would not compare the two since there is absolutely nothing to compare with divulging confident player account info on these forums. The PLAYER is the one who keeps these sportsbooks in business. And if they don't like Krackman's action, he is enough of a man that if they politely ask him to leave you won't hear another word from him.
Sage, in a CUSTOMER SERVICE oriented industry, it is KRACKMAN and others responsible for keeping the food on this guys table. As a manager of a huge multi-unit operation myself for nearly 6 years, I estimate that I have fired some 6 dozen people over that period and I sleep well every night knowing that I got rid of individuals who were an absolute disgrace to the company and to all those other hard working employees who were adversely affected by having dregs on board.

That means that all the other Royal employees will have a wonderful Christmas knowing that this nonsense will never transpire on a public forum again as it relates to their company. Such ill-fated decisions will eventually cost them ALL their jobs should customers begin pulling out their monies based on reading such atrocities.
All i know is that he offers real information to this forum as opposed to people like myself who mostly contibute smart ass comments.
If every time a player complains when he is making a wager because he missed the number or because he was put on hold because the game he is betting is a steam play and obviously this krackman is not the originator and complains he wants to talk to a supervisor and proceeds yelling at the supervisor .Just because this supervisor yells back he becomes the badguy.I would do the same thing tell the player to go cry and play tough guy somewhere else.In any words that seem fit.
I just saw this thread. I don't know anything that transpired between the two parties, but I can tell you with 100% certainty that Krackman is NOT a bonus whore. As someone who has seen more than his fair share of bonus whores play at our book, I can tell you that Krackman is NOT one. He is a very smart guy who has the respect of virtually everyone I know on both sides of the aisle.
For the record,I have gotten into yelling matches with customers.I thought I was right they thought they were right.Next day all is forgotten.I just figured it was part of the business.Asa small shop I put emphasis on customer service but sometimes shit happens.As long as it doesn't get personel.There will be disagreements.

Well if your not betting steam than why do you keep on insisting you were being put on hold? Sometimes it may take a few seconds to apply your account in the system . For whatever reason a slower clerk etc etc.What Iam saying is maybe you thought you were being put on hold and got mad and started motherf++++++ the guy .And than the situation got blown up

Peep- Royal and Royal Island(cascade group) are 2 different books.
They put me on hold because of the size of the deposit. This was told to me by the the management. But I know from experience with other books that doesn't really mean a thing. You have a line up quote me the line on the screen..
Bottom line - I will add them to my books that are scared to take any action over a dime. I understand really I do. If I owned a book that is all I would want to take to. I am not even mad at that at this point. It's giving out my personal info that GAULS ME.. And for that they will have a hard time getting a customer of any forum as long as I am around.
