You can call me an idiot and a moderate (as if that is some sort of insult) but it won't change anything. If you want me to be fired up about a Republican candidate, you need to find someone that's a bit more intelligent than Sarah Palin. I know you may not believe it but I definitely lean right, just not off the map right. I liked Romney, I was excited to vote for Romney but unfortunately it didn't work out.

You better believe it's an insult. If I were you I would hang my head in shame.

'Moderates' don't stand for anything except the way the wind is blowing.

'Moderates' in Germany circa 1933 allowed a lunatic like Hitler to rise to power and ignite a world war.

"The only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing" - Edmund Burke

THAT is the textbook definition of 'moderate' and history is never kind to them.

I don't want you to be fired up about any candidate in any party - I want you to call a spade a spade. A five minute investigation would have revealed the truth, which this:

You have to disclose more information about yourself on an Obamacare enrollment form than we know about the fraud who signed this illegal abomination into law.

What a disgrace! :pucking:

It's all downhill from there - including every one of his crimes and misdemeanors.

At least Nixon had the decency to resign.

The fact people aren't storming Washington demanding answers and accountability astounds me!

Political moderates stand for nothing? That's BS. All that means is I don't agree with entirely with the liberal or conservative agenda.

Let's follow your reasoning here...

So if you're pro-life but an economic statist, you're a 'moderate'? Or vice-versa? I don't agree with everything conservatives espouse. For example, religious zealots lecturing me about gambling. So because I'm more liberal on some issues and more conservative on others, I'm a - gasp! - 'moderate'???

Really???

A 'moderate' is nothing more than someone who agrees with a political party on some issues, but not others?

WHAT A CROCK OF SHIT!

THAT'S NOT WHAT A 'MODERATE' IS!

As far as 'progressives' and their lamestream media lackeys are concerned, a 'moderate' goes along to get along. A moderate always backs the strong horse because he/she has ZERO convictions. 'Moderates' are spineless cowards who don't know which end is up.

'Moderates' = rubber stamping the leftist agenda.

'Moderates' are worse than radical 'progressives' because they give the leftist agenda moral legitimacy, thereby capitulating to evil.

No. I'm saying I don't get all worked about up democrats and republicans like you do. I mean shit I have too many good things going on in my life to let it be ruined by not having voted for the guy in the White House. Obviously, I missed the memo on backing the strong horse because I backed Romney.

Andrew Wilkow (No-Holds-Barred American Patriot and Conservative) explains how to confront and DEFEAT Marxist 'progressive' scum destroying America:

:aktion033

THAT is how you fight and defeat these commie bastards because this is EXACTLY what they are doing to us.

'Moderates' and spineless RINOs need not apply.

Lead, follow, or get the hell out of the way!

And what are you doing to "defeat those commie bastards"? Ranting on therxforum.com? Really productive.

Moderate or idiot? Bringing Palin into the argument just made you an Liberal idiot.

That’s like saying Biden would have made a better president than Obama which he probably would have and so would Palin.

Next thing you’re going to tell me is Obama hates radical Islam.

I worked with the GOP until 2006. After Peloshit became Speaker, I couldn't handle it anymore.

The fact is, 'moderate' spineless Republicans care more about being liked by Democrats than they care about defending America's First Principles - fact.

Ranting is healthy. Going rogue is liberating.

I don't hate you personally, but I do think your interpretation of 'moderate' is folly - and the surest way to lose one election after another.

"Palling around with terrorists"

"More background checks? Dandy idea, Mr. President - should have started with yours"

McCain lost because his RINO handlers muzzled Sarah Palin.

Palin was ready to open the Gates of Hell on the fraud that was/is "Barack Hussein Obama"

Speaking of going rogue.

Here is a speech I’ll definitely watch.

http://www.nationaljournal.com/cong...ister-to-address-congress-next-month-20150121

The speaker requested in a letter Wednesday that Benjamin Netanyahu speak before a joint meeting of Congress in February and Netanyahu accepted.

Boehner said that he did not consult with the White House before extending the invitation to Netanyahu. A State Department spokesperson told The Washington Post's Jason Ukman that U.S. officials learned about the invitation from the speaker's office, not from Israel. And the White House is not happy. Press secretary Josh Earnest said Wednesday afternoon that Boehner's invitation is a breach of normal diplomatic protocol, the Associated Press reported. Typically, a country's leader would contact the White House before planning a visit to the United States, he said.

Earnest said the White House is reserving judgment about the invite until it finds out from Israeli officials what Netanyahu would say. Boehner's office confirmed that Netanyahu has accepted, and will give a speech to a joint session of Congress on Feb. 11. The date is significant: It's the 36th anniversary of the Iranian Revolution.

Protocol, shmotocol, I’ll bet Obama wouldn’t be upset if Netanyahu was the leader of the Muslim Brotherhood instead of being the Prime Minister of Israel.

Agreed.

Anytime his legitimacy and agenda are undermined, it is a very good thing.

By the very definition, moderates don't care what happens either way. "Oh, well...this guy wins, that guy wins. Makes no difference to me." The actions of your elected officials do indeed have a direct effect on your livelihood. If you think they don't, lets compare your current and pre-ACA health insurance rates.

I think a lot of Americans are too lax about this because they have never lived in any conditions besides freedom, so they assume it'll always be there. If the Stuttering Clusterfuck had his way, that would not be the case. Some may indeed need to lose what they have before they suddenly realize how much they took for granted.

I agree with what is in bold. I vote in every election because I think it matters, but once that election is over there's not much I can do about it. I don't like Obama's proposed increase on capital gains/inherited assets but I'm not going to come unglued or rant and rave over it. I can't change it. My point is not that I don't care, my point is there are certain things in life I can't change and I'm not going let those things destroy my life.

ACA rates are not that bad yea they are higher for many but I would blame the insurance companies first and foremost because they can't tell people NO anymore.

Neither do I and you can thank the 2014 election voters that make it DOA. If this was 2009 those increases would be rubber stamped through just like the ACA.

Don’t kid yourself. Insurance companies can no longer deny coverage for preexisting conditions but they can make the cost prohibitive.

So how is that win win?
