Dude, that's ridiculous. Any Over/under prop bet where the player or situation was available to happen, but didn't happen, is graded as a win or loss. If longest FG is over/under 45 yards, and no FG's are attempted, UNDER is the winner. It's not a Push because no FG's were attempted. Same with Sacks, etc. If you have a Draft prop of a Player A being drafted ahead of Player B, and Player A is drafted #10, player B isn't drafted, it's not a Push because Player B wasn't drafted. The guy won his bet. The Only possible out is if the bet had the provision that the player needed to be drafted. I have never seen any such provision in this type of bet, and no place I've found has such a rule. It's clear when they offer a draft # Over/Under, that if the player isn't drafted, over wins. If they had a Prop, will Payton be drafted, Yes or No, then the book would be right.Guys the wager clearly said DRAFTED over or under.
