Germany -1 +130 (100 to win 130)
Germany for me is the play, a lot of money is going on Serbia not to lose or the +1. I might be taking a shot as usual with the -1, but I think Germany showed us they are enjoying themselves and are happy attacking whenever. They tend to switch their styles sometimes in competitions like this, I hope we do not see this today. Serbia is a good team, Germany is a great team. On paper, these teams would look relatively even. Serbia features talents such as the 6’6 striker Nicola Zigic, as well as the sterdy center mid Dejan Stankovich, the Manchester United superstar center back Vidic, and the creative force of the team Milan Jovonavach. Jovonavach looked sharp against Ghana, but Podolski and Ozil looked sharper against Australia. This German team is young and fresh, and they don’t have any reservations about getting a 2<sup>nd</sup> win and joining Argentina in the knockout phases. Obviously Serbia will be fighting for their lives, and I would imagine Serbia will come out defending deep and I have to believe if that happens, Germany will have no problem breaking them down. If they don’t, and decide to push, this favors German backers even more due to the lethal combination of striking power the offense posses. Either way, Germany can play many different ways to get their win. If Germany has half the chances they got on Australia, they will not miss.

Mirslov Klose to score 1<sup>st</sup>
Klose is a player who is chasing immortality in the history books. He is a tall player who is too quick and balanced for the bigger center mids on Serbia and he has enough power to overtake some of the smaller defenders. He finds himself in the right place at the right time, and I just see him finding the net first, the odds are not great but I still like it enough to play it small. I know Ronaldo will be watching. Im liking 2-0 final score with possibly Klose getting both depending how long he stays on.

England -1.5 EVEN (150 to win 150)
I highly doubt Algeria will score on Fabio Capellos defense, and if they do, who says England can’t come out and show us what we thought we would see from them…goals. Forget the USA game, a fluke goal and a marvelous performace from the USA in the second half kept England from gaining 3 points. Wayne Rooney didn’t look sharp, but against a soft Algerian team he will look to join amongst goal scorers. Frank Lampard is itching for a goal as well, and something tells me we could see a Free Kick or a Penalty converted by him. Players such as Arron Lennon and Sean Wright Phillips will stretch Algeria out, allowing for the middle of the park to be a gun range for England, with shots firing in all game. And if one of the wingers comes off, Joe Cole is waiting on the bench to come on. They will look to attack Algeria the whole entire game leaving it all on the field as they got to believe they still have a chance to win the group. Algeria looks awful, they mainly did nothing but play D and kick it long to their strikers against Slovenia, hoping for the best. Only chance I see them scoring is through a set piece of some sorts. But come on, this game looks to be a great spot for them. If I was up heavier I would be all over this game. No need for much Capping in this one, to me it’s a No brainer!

Both teams didn’t lose in their first games because of their opponents goalkeeping mistakes. When looking at the two teams. USA have been playing very well and there has to come a point where they show that they are for real, I think today is that day. They could go into the Algeria match with 4 points, and possibly get out of the group with 7. Slovenia didn’t show me nothing, while on the other hand USA played like true Americans against England…a lot of heart and persistence. Toress, the creative midfielder is in the line up today and I expect him to be a difference. Id be shocked if they cant win this one, obviously im suffering but im going to keep it moving til im tapped out. I have a feeling the rest of my day will be 2 for 2.
