Trump budget today will have no more chance of passing Congress than will any revised versions,he submits in coming weeks.

GOP insiders on Capitol Hill increasingly noting that no one of import within Congress is taking seriously much of anything coming from Donnie.

Pretty sure he could still pack a college basketball gym in Deep South with crowds who will let him know how Great he is and how mistreated he is, so no one need fear he turns suicidal - at least over next couple weeks
