AL, it's simple (for you and anyone else reading)

Open the account if you have not already.

Tell them you want to send Moneygram and get instructions on WHO and WHERE to address it.

Go to Walmart and it's just $9.99 per $500 sent

Meanwhile, since it's going to be at least $300, Betjam will pick up the $9.99

And they will give you a 10% (or maybe higher at this time of year) "Bonus Play" money*

So if you send $500, your account will reflect $509.99 when all clear + $50 FP

----------

FreePlay money can be wagered and any Winnings are in real cash.

Difference is that if you wager real cash, you get back your winnings plus your stake.

Best way to use FP money is in some form of parlay fashion. But that's another Thread discussion.

Barman, Betjam usually gives a CASH BONUS.

So if you send $500 you should get between a 10% and 20% CASH BONUS if eligible.

the $50 Bonus Play is an extra bonus that BETJAM gives for those opening an account for the very first time.

If for example someone send $2000, they might get a $300 or (15%) bonus if eligible. They can then use that bonus to enter the contest.

Anyone interested should contact Betjamaca to see what kind of bonus they are eligible for.

Nice turnout so far for this contest. I must admit that I thought that the turnout would be lower

we got 15 people last year and the price was $400.

I have reduced the price to $300 due to the recession.

Thy funny thing is that what the DOW does everyday doesnt really affect gamblers. Most gamblers have all of their assets in cash.

I will *probably* be in. I need to A) remember my betjam account/password, B) get money in there and C) figure out if I can devote time throughout the season instead of having to give up around February again due to school and work commitments.

I wish it was for $400 again. Last year's contest was awesome.

1) WITTY, our shared interest in All The Right Cartoons leads me to step up and state with confidence that if you get to FEB and feel jammed, I am happy to take the tiller and guide you to at least as good a finish as you (or I...COUGH) experienced last season

2) but seriously folks....I'm sure that among more familiar and trusted contestants, a side pool could be created if the actual BJ Contest pool seemed smaller to any of us.

How many people are in this thing so far? I might be interested but dont you guys think the $300 entry price is a little steep? I mean to have $300 tied up in a contest that run until the end of the season and a chance that you might lose it all for that matter is a tough one to swallow. Are you actually going to get enough people with that price? Why not like $50 or $100?

SHARPENER, most of us tend to proceed with the attitude that the money is an investment for five months and we might (in fact at least two or three will) WIN IT ALL.

If the investment is a bit stout for you, please consider teaming up with another RxForum member and sharing a Contestant account. That suggestion offered with full acknowledgement that such a pairing is only practical if the other person is someone you trust sufficiently to undertake such a venture.
