I actually just read up on the wavier budget, it makes it more skill then luck with the wavier order. don’t wanna blow your load too early or maybe you do, if a really good player slides in the draft. what is the usual budget and how much do players go for

You get $100 to spend, not real money. The person that bids the highest gets the free agent

Depends on how desperate someone is for a player or a position. They tend to overpay.

One year it was great for me holding on to free agent money. Other years, there was nobody worthy later in the season

I see possum's posse had a $100 left Waiver Budget from last years standings, but made 21 moves on the year.

what am I missing?

do you get $100 to use each week, or did he not use any of his Budget all year.

why would it say he made 21 moves and still have a $100 Budget when most people had $0 left.

Any info appreciate, I promise not a pain in the ass just don't wanna get crushed this year.

You can make moves without spending money. After waivers run each week, free agents are 1st come 1st served. The hottest free agents usually have a cost and are picked up through waivers.

Once games begin each week, usually Sunday 1:00 EST, rosters are locked until waivers are run on Wednesday. Then After waivers are run, players are free agents until Sunday

tried this a couple years ago and worked ok - as opposed to picking a date and praying it works (which is step 2) - but at least this helps narrow it down

I blocked off dates from august 30th all the way to September 8th and did starting times from 6-10 est

so you drag on the calendar to indicate availability. Easy to use.

I would hate to miss it, wasn't sure if Yahoo would send out reminder and it would be nice if everyone was there, no excuses.

Hard for me to believe, one day for 1 Hour in the next 15 days 12 people can't meet even late night to draft.

Wednesday the 1st I'm in Saratoga, which means I'll be at the River Casino that night

The only day I fully blocked was Wednesday the first

Thursday the 2nd I can do late, allowing me time to get home

Tuesday the 7th I can do 6 or 10, I'm running a draft at 8

Those were the only times I'm not available

Tuesday - 31st
Wednesday - 8th

i know most want to avoid Labor Day week on that friday-Monday so playing with what we have.
