If that's the case let's go ahead & get our draft positions so we can all have an idea on where we stand to prep & even condider trades.

If for some reason someone doesn't pay by draft time, we'll have to replace them or merely go with 10 & establish a new draft order.

Does the yahoo software allow for trading draft picks

like trading a 2nd 5th and 6th for a 1 12th and 18th for example

Yes - yahoo allows pick trading if commish turns it on.

I just use randomdraftgenerator website - I can email the picks so you know it is on the up and up. if someone really thinks I would cheat, I can do a WebEx and someone can watch.
