I wasn't going to put down I couldn't make it if it works for everyone else. My response would have been I can make it work if everyone else does but it's just not what I prefer. The only way the suspension stays at 4 games is if the court rules Roger acted within his authority and within standards of the players' agreement. It doesn't appear most legal minds think that's going to happen. If a third party hears the case, Roger's commissionership comes to an end
