The Beach Boys & The Christy Minstrels at Springlake Amusement Park 1966. First big concert was The Who with The Troggs at Wedgewood Park 1968. Both outdoor concerts.

Actually do recall that two of the aforementioned bands played on same bill in 1977.

Styx OPENED for KISS with a relatively unknown CHEAP TRICK starting the whole thing off.

Boy, those were the days. Like five hours of concert for maybe $15

Missed Styx - but first concert was Cheap Trick opening for Kiss in 77 at the Cow Palace in San Francisco. Coming full circle and going to see Cheap Trick open for Boston in July at the Hard Rock here in Vegas.

Loved the Philly music scene back in those days....the A's, Hooters and Robert Hazard - who I always thought was going to make it big.

Grateful Dead's wonderful show at Canada's Wonderland north of Toronto on 6/30/87.


Oddly the last concert I went to was also the Dead but in New Jersey 2003

Elvis 1976 (but i was only 12 and was with my parents and grandmother) , the first concert i went to without supervision was Bad Company in 78 or 79.
