I can only HOPE that the next time you have over a 3 unit lead, with only 2 plays left that your opponenet does the same thing to you!

I doubt you'd be saying what you just did because as Journeyman stated so well, it goes against the SPIRIT of this contest...

I had no idea that this behavior would be tolerated or I'd have waited until post time to display my picks!

Well if you previously talked about the negative factors of doing so it's definately a shady move. It's a smart move but definately a shady move.

Hell, I want to win. I like both of the picks I have. What's wrong with that? It's the same strategy everyone uses in the Rio contest. Everyone waiting to see what everyone else picks,etc. Shrink got a break going against a capper as bad as me, I'm just trying to hang with the big boys.

Is it not allowed because i did the same thing against McIrish with one of my picks. I was going to take Colorado, but before i did Patrick had already taken the other side. He also has Florida that day. And there was no way i wasn't going to take Florida with Willis. So if there are rules for the next round could we please get them out here so as not to cause confusion.

we have had players speak out against this exact move he just pulled here, i`m speechless that MFG a seasoned poster would stoop to this...I just got back and saw this and i can`t believe it....this has been addressed before and MFG knows it..
I`d like to hear from him on this...I didn`t think ANYONE would try this...I mean right out in the open, a total 'heel' move....Shrink posted early which really was a gentlemanly thing to do, after all if for some reason they had the SAME play MFG would have been eliminated without any chance...If that doesn`t explain it nothing will...

Hold on a minute. I have seen several contests and participated in several. They all have rules. We talked about not piggybacking with a lead. Shrink wins one pick today and he is the winner. This contest is only 10 picks, Shrink had one pick when I had 5 and got to see all my picks and how bad I was doing to get his stragegy. He was able to use this to his advantage.
I got screwed at every turn in the BHB/Betworks constest because of stupid rules. Like the RX was down for part of the day so todays picks are cancelled-yea I was 3-0 that day and would of advanced, yada, yada, yada.
There should be a rule like we had last time that says e-mail the picks atleast an hour before game time, and post within an hour of game time.
Shrink can't lose to me. He is the man.

This is NOT the RIO contest..I believe this has been covered over and over and NOW we will have to change a rule because of this...And reading your reply ,lol, as if these just happen to be coincidental picks??? WTF!?!?

the only other alternative is to have each pick posted 2 minutes before game time...now how fair and how hard will that be? The reason the picks need to be in the thread before the game starts is obvious...But now it goint to have to be a requirement that picks be posted right before game time or this can happen...What else can we do? We`ll call this the MFG rule..

There was no advantage, lol, your acting like a fool, your reasoning is lame? No one forced you to take 5 picks before Shrink picked, you had just as good a chance at being up after 5 picks....I cannot believe you can`t see why this is frowned upon?

I`ve never known MFG to be this foolish...but I haven`t followed his contest career..i just got done telling someone yesterday , this kind of stunt would never happen as it would be so obvious... But when he states Shrink had an unfair advantage because mfg was down early,lol, well what if he won his early picks??? Where is the fuc king logic in that brainfart?
