This is no different than an agent deal. You write the customers, you pay the man his cut.If you don't want his customers throw them out and end the relationship.

autiger - How many players of yours do you still have at Royal that are currently betting, if any?

Being that you can't log into your account as you stated give us a guestimate.

I would assume maybe 25 or 30 players are still at Royal but you're right I have no way of knowing for sure because I cannot access my account.

autiger - I don't work at royal.

But Roberto and Kenny probably know for sure. Maybe they will comment here and let ALL of us know.

I'm not trying to take sides autiger but if you sent playing customers to the royal site you are suppose to get a percentage of their losses for the LIFE of the player..as that has always been and still is THE standard way of doing business for this industry.

I am stunned how people continue to use the forums to extort the books.

Royal was paying Autiger to be a promotor of thier sportsbook. When Autiger stopped promoting the book, he stopped being a promotor. At this point Royal has no further obligations to Autiger.

In fact, Autiger was almost slandering Royal implying that they are fiscally unsound. He was basically telling his customers to stay away from Royal.

All agreements are held in good faith. Autiger basically stopped being a good-faith partner of Royal. Royal no longers owes him any more money from the point he stopped promoting Royal. End of story.

You seem to be an authority on this deal with Royal. Do you know how these deals work in the Sportsbook industry?

This is a sales deal. A salesman writes up the customers and earns a commision on the losses these customers make at the book for the life of the customer. It doesn't matter if that salesman gets out of the industry or starts selling popsicles.
It doesn't matter if that salesman writes on his website..."hey I don't like this book" as it only matters that the customers that are HIS are still playing at that book and are making losses which are profits for the book and commision for the saleman. If he still has customers playing at the book then the "non-recommendation towards that book has NO EFFECT on the players that are currently playing there.

The name for these saleman is "promoters" and that name is only used to avoid legal issues etc and has nothing to do with a commitment to continue to promote that book to keep earning commisions on current/existing players that were already promoted/sent to that site to play.

A sale is a sale and a commision is a commisson and I find it hilarious that some posters on this site do not have enough business experience/knowledge in this world to understand this. I am not taking sides with autiger but this is a pretty cut-and-dry-issue.
