Lang's Bleav podcast is too much. This is is up there with lies. The host fails to mention he went 1-7 on his picks from the week before and Lang claims to have hit a 5 team $500.00 parlay on 2nd half bets in the NFL last week while in the sportsbook. We all know Lang doesn't bet more than $20 a game then claims it paid 20K. Wrong, a 5 teamer pays in the 20/1 to 22/1 range. He would have make between $10,500.00 -$12,000.00 range. Then claims he made a 10K side bet that made $9,500.00. Yea, right there are caddy's and Uber Eats drivers all over the country making these bets. Why caddy or deliver food when you can make around 30K in less than 3 hours?

My Analysis

This is going to get ugly.

I don't know if it's going to get South Florida over Syracuse ugly but trust me, it's going to get ugly.

Of all the bowl teams, the one team that has had more guys hit the portal is Coastal Carolina.

After their season ending home loss to James Madison 56-14, the Chanticleers had a mass exodus like the Jews getting out of Egypt.

I'm talking 21 players left highlighted by two of their most dynamic players on offense: Fifty-year QB Grayson McCall and sophomore receiver Jared Brown.

Throw in senior starting middle linebacker JT Killen and junior running back CJ Beasley, and you can see this team is a bit unsettled to say the least.

And your starting QB is your 3rd stringer, who made 4 starts, winning his first two at Old Dominion and Texas State while losing the last 2: at Army and of course JMU.

You couldn't ask for a worse situation facing the Chanticleers this evening and to say they are facing the wrong team at the wrong time, is an understatement.

San Jose State started the year 1-5 with all 5 losses to teams that are playing in bowl games.

They lost at USC, home against Oregon State, at Toledo, home against Air Force and at Boise State.

At 1-5, you would have thought their season was left for dead.....NOPE!

They won their last 6 games, covering 5 of them scoring 52, 42, 35, 42, 24 and 37.

And only because of some bullshit tie breaker, the conference championship game was UNLV/Boise instead of the Spartans/Broncos rematch we should have had.

However, they are here, in Hawaii, a place they won 35-0 on October 28th, easily covering the 10 1/2, the same type of number we are dealing with today.

And they are led by a QB in Chevan Cordeiro, who is from Hawaii, who played the first 4 years at Hawaii before jumping to San Jose State for this year.

He completed 62.7 percent of his passes for 2,558 yards and 19 touchdowns with only 4 INT's.

His quote about this game is all I needed to hear, "It's everything I could ask for. To play in front of my family and hometown for the last game in a Spartan uniform, best thing I could ask for."

At the end of the day, you are playing a middle of the road 7-5 Sun Belt Conference team with 1/4 of their team hitting the portal.

You just lost your last home game of the year by 42 points and now travel close to 6,000 miles to face, for the most part, a conference champion!!!!

Lay it with confidence as Cordeiro and the Spartans put the finishing touches on an incredible comeback season and get their head coach his first bowl win while they're at it.

I'll be shocked if the Spartans don't win this game by 3 touchdowns.
