My sources tell me Lang was spotted in a Vegas Walmart, after todays latest loss, looking to purchase a new Monopoly board game so he could restock his bankroll for Monday's BIG game 7. With a fresh stack of Monopoly bills he is ready... LFG!

Of course there was a little trouble with the purchase. First Lang had to go to the Coinstar machine and break open his piggy bank. He didn't have enough but he found 10 bucks on the floor that some old lady dropped and he was good to go!

For me there are at least two ways to look at this game historically speaking:

1) Out of the 150 times one team lead another team 3 games to zero in a series in the playoffs, no team has ever come back to win.

2) On the other hand, someone could argue/ask how many of those other series actually got to a seventh game(I honestly don't

know the answer) and simply state that the 0 for 150 is meaningless and it is simply a one-out-of-one series and anything can

happen!!

Toss in the fact that even if the Celtics break the streak, there is no guarantee that they are going to cover the 7 1/2 point spread!!

A -300 money line is no bargain either!!

My conclusion/opinion from all of this is that whether it be Lang or anyone else who gives out max star pick on either side is not

being intellectually honest, and is doing so simply to take advantage of the fact that being game seven, there is going to

be a lot of interest in this game meaning there will also be a lot of betting interest!!

I was wondering if any of those were home teams, so this is a different scenario here. I believe the other 2 were a long time ago. I remember one of them involved the Knicks and Rochester Royals, so that tells ya how long ago it was.

I think Boston takes this easily honestly. This is not a typical a team scenario that comes from 0-3 down & loses in game 7. This is the Boston Celtics #2 seed going against #8 seed.

The Celtics were 32 games over .500 & Miami was only 6 games over. It would be absolutely shocking to me if Boston doesn't blow them out, they take this easily in my opinion.
