Get better, bro. Flu sucks. Got my shot the week before Thanksgiving. So far so good.

Company I work for makes a Flu kit, worse the flu is the more money I make. Every year the flu makes or breaks our numbers.

I have never gotten a flu shot. I get sick once or twice yearly EVERY YEAR for years now. My immune system is superb and freaky, despite my drug and alcohol use which supposedly lowers your antibodies.

Last year I got sick once, like in march or april...


But yet again, I recently went to the dentist after 14 years of not going and dentist was amazed I only had one cavity and gums a little swollen (due to cocaine most likely).

Ive been blessed with freak genes/immune system.

Also, ages 17-26 I barely practiced safe sex, hated condoms... never had an infection, only got crabs once, and killed them by shaving. Easy peasy lemon squeezy!

I get a flu shot because I have an extra job at a hospital, and that shot, along with TB testing, are conditions of employment. I've always been healthy though, very rarely sick.

I'm never allowed to have a flu shot again. Had Guillain-Barre Syndrome 7 years ago, they don't want me taking flu shot for the rest of my life.

I haven't had the flu since childhood though.

My 2 boys got the flu the Tuesday before Christmas and are still fighting symptoms today. Mom and I just started coming down with it with the last couple of days. SUCKS. I even got a flu shot.
