Probably should but won't. Just a wet dream.

I hope you're right that he spends the rest of his life looking over his shoulder.

The guy is a KGB-like thug fully deserving of what's coming to him. Weissmann too. At some point it has to get personal.

All kiding aside, it wouldn't surprise me at all if Mueller gets whacked.

He has crossed the line of basic human decency. All of those guys he's
fuckin with have connections. They have all done "favors" and at some point
it will be time to call some IOUs in.

There are 2 kinds of law. The one is handled by the courts and the other isn't.

I think Mueller believes he's bullit proof. I think he's naive. I also think he's evil.

POWELL: NEW FACTS INDICATE MUELLER DESTROYED EVIDENCE, OBSTRUCTED JUSTICE

3:01 PM 12/16/2018 | OPINIONSidney Powell | Former Federal Prosecutor

The Supreme Court held long ago in Brady v. Maryland that the Constitution requires the prosecution, which holds all the cards in a criminal case, to give the defense all evidence favorable to the defendant, whether it impeaches a witness, mitigates punishment or shows his innocence. Indeed, the burden is on prosecutors to find anything in the possession of the government that is favorable to the defense.

From the minute Judge Emmet G. Sullivan received the case against Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn, which will be decided on Tuesday, he ordered Mueller to provide the defense with all Brady material. Last week, Judge Sullivan specifically ordered Mueller to produce any FBI interview reports — called 302s — or memoranda relevant to the original interview of Gen. Flynn. Ironically, Iowa Sen. Chuck Grassley has been requesting the agents’ notes and 302s for two years. Did Mueller comply?

Remarkably, but not surprisingly to those who have read my book, Mueller has thumbed his nose at Judge Sullivan’s order. He produced only a 302 created by his own squad seven months later from his own agent’s interview of none other than the infamous, fired-for-bias, disgraced, Trump-loathing, former Agent Peter Strzok — the guy who swore he’d “stop” President Trump and devised “an insurance policy” with his mistress Lisa Page and Deputy Director Andrew McCabe in case Trump won the election. We are watching Mueller execute that insurance policy by the day.

The evidence indicates Mueller has destroyed or is suppressing Brady material. There was an original 302 created within five days — by FBI protocol — of the Jan. 24, 2016 ambush interview of General Flynn by two agents — Strzok and Special Agent Joe Pientka. It is mentioned in the Strzok-Page text messages and on page four of the recrafted 302 Mueller filed. Comey read the original 302 before he was fired.

It existed — as Grassley well knows. It was written by Agent Pientka, who also took extensive handwritten notes, whose name is redacted from Mueller’s filing, and who seems to have disappeared. Where are the original 302, his notes, and where is Agent Pientka? Grassley has been trying to get access to all three for almost two years.

Mueller’s filing confirms that Agent Pientka was assigned to take notes of the interview. Judge Sullivan’s order encompasses the production of those notes. Where are they? Were they destroyed despite Grassley’s longstanding request and Judge Sullivan’s original Brady order? The failure to produce them is another Brady violation that warrants the dismissal of the charges against Flynn and warrants holding Mueller and his team in contempt of court.

And no doubt Mueller is aware of other Brady material in the possession of the government. There are two important sets of information being withheld from the defense under the guise of classification.

According to California Congressman Devin Nunes speaking on Laura Ingraham’s program last week, there is testimony from none other than former FBI Director James Comey himself, speaking before House committees, that is exculpatory of Flynn. Because Comey just confessed on national TV that he oh-so-cleverly, gleefully, and deliberately breached all protocols and any semblance of ethics to ensnare the new administration and Flynn in their carefully calculated perjury trap, there is every reason to declassify Comey’s testimony immediately. The public is entitled to see his duplicity.

John Solomon
reported, and Grassley has identified, information in the possession of the DIA that is exculpatory of Flynn. Apparently, the information remains classified — most likely to protect Comey from outrageous abuses of allowing private contractors to mine our intelligence gathering systems as far back as 2012 for nefarious reasons including unmasking and private profit — but that does not absolve Mueller of his obligation to produce it to the defense.

At a minimum, the information must be given to Judge Sullivan under seal. In the alternative, the president should declassify this material immediately, because the government has a solemn legal obligation to produce at least the substance of all exculpatory information to the defendant. If there are true national security interests to be protected, a summary will suffice.

It gets worse. The Inspector General of the Department of Justice reported late last week that Mueller wiped Peter Strzok’s cell phone of all messages during the crucial time he was working for special counsel. The IG was unable to recover any text messages from it.

This was after the inspector general informed Mueller of the extreme bias of Strzok and Page evidenced by thousands of text messages on their phones. These messages were so egregious they required their termination from Mueller’s squad. Not only did Mueller hide this development from Congress, but he destroyed evidence on Strzok’s phone and allowed DOJ to do the same for Page’s phone. That’s a crime.

Mueller put Paul Manafort in solitary confinement for simply trying to contact a witness.

Any ethical law Department of Justice official would have taken custody of all electronic devices of Strzok and Page immediately upon discovery of their extreme bias and blatant misconduct — or certainly upon their termination — and preserved all the evidence. For Mueller to destroy this evidence is blatant obstruction of justice that warrants his immediate termination. The same is true for Deputy Attorney General Rosenstein who was “overseeing” it at the time.

Mueller has shown abject contempt for the wrong court. Judge Sullivan is a real judge who believes in the rule of law and has the integrity to enforce it equally. The evidence strongly suggests Mueller violated Brady, destroyed or suppressed evidence, and obstructed justice in violation of 18 USC §1512(c). He has disgraced himself and the Department of Justice. Mueller’s time is up.

, a former federal prosecutor and veteran of 500 federal appeals, is the author of “LICENSED TO LIE: Exposing Corruption in the Department of Justice.” She is a senior fellow at the London Center for Policy Research and senior policy adviser for America First.

[FONT=&quot]“It looks here as though General Flynn’s defenses are incidental to something larger which is for the prosecution to figure out if it can find a path to Donald Trump without quite knowing what that crime might be. It stops looking like prosecution and more looking like......

Let’s stop pretending that America in 2018 has a “justice system.” It’s not a justice system. It’s a set of elite institutions that swing the law like a sledgehammer to crush threats to the ruling class’s monopoly on power. You know, threats like the people we elect to represent our interests against the elite. And we are under no moral obligation to pretend it is anything else.

This painful to admit it, but we need to grow up. There are two sets of law in America today, meaning there is no rule of law in America today.

Oh, there are statutes, and there are courts, and there are agencies full of people with guns willing to enforce the will of aspiring tyrants, but there is not rule of law. There is only power, theirs and ours. Time to get woke to the undeniable fact that the Fredocons deny up and down.

Justice is no longer blind. Her blindfold is off and she’s picking favorites.

You are not one of her favorites.

You, and those you elect, are not equal under the law to members of the elite.

It’s all about power. And the guy we elected to act as a wrecking ball should use the power we gave him to make it right.

Unconvinced? Let’s try an example. If you are ex-military, or if you know anyone who was in the military, or if you aren’t a mouth-breathing half-wit, ask yourself – if you had done a fraction of what that Looming Doofus James Comey says Felonia Milhous von Pantsuit did with classified material, what would you be doing right now?

You’d be in your cell using a plastic bag in the toilet to ferment the prunes you smuggled out of the chow hall.

Not her, though. Not a member of the establishment. The rules apply to us Normals. The rules do not apply to them. She’s not only free, but she’s living large, idolized by millions of divorced cat ladies and guzzling off-brand Chardonnay as she staggers about in her muumuu.

Now we have Robert Mueller and his pack of Democrats – literally including lawyers who represented the Clinton crime syndicate – seeking out a crime, any crime, or any non-crime, that they can use to undo the results of the election. No Russian collusion? Ok, well, then, uh, paying off a couple of extortionist tramps is a…um…hmmmm…a campaign finance violation for some reason who cares TREASON!

See, that’s part of the scam. If you apply laws in a bizarre and inexplicable way that no one can foresee, you can jam-up people who could have never imagined that their conduct was illegal. Creative charges, matched with prosecutorial discretion that always means charging the hell out of the conservative dissenter and always letting the liberal elitist off, and the ruling class has a powerful tool to dismantle the opposition.

They are not even pretending now. Imagine, just imagine, if Trump had erased 30,000 emails that were under subpoena. Hillary did, and it’s cool. Andrew McCabe and Comey lied through their teeth to Congress. They’ll never be charged. Ever.

The FBI cabal set up Mike Flynn and they don’t feel like coming clean to the judge so they just aren’t going to. Mueller’s Democrats erased a boatload of texts, but who cares? Nothing matters. They get a pass. Who in the DoJ is ever going to prosecute anyone other than whatever Trump administration official or eccentric hanger-on is gullible enough to talk to the Feds?

This is all a lie and a scam. And Donald Trump can and should use his pardon power to highlight this fraud before he drives a stake into the heart of the elite’s soft coup play.

He should pardon everyone.

I mean everyone.

Pardon Flynn, and Manafort, and Papadopliswhateverhisnameis. Pardon Stone and Corsi. Pardon Don, Jr., Jared, and Ivanka. Pardon Melania and Barron. Pardon Pence, and Pence’s pets. And then he should pardon himself.

For everything. Take it all off the table. Strip the elite of its ability to coerce perjury and ruin lives for the sin of dissenting.

Pardon everyone, for everything.

It’s all a lie and a scam anyway, and there’s no sense pretending this is all some kind of legit truth-seeking exercise in support of lofty and noble principles. It’s a tawdry frame job by a failed elite desperate to hold on to the power that the people revoked in November 2016. We owe the ruling class no respect; there’s no reason to pretend this Mueller farce is anything but a transparent attempt to claw-back the authority the elite forfeited by being terrible.

Oh no, they’ll impeach him!
They’re going to impeach him anyway. He might as well flip them this bird first. When they get 67 senators, we can start caring. Until then, pardon this, jerks.

Trump has already shown he’s willing to use his power – that’s one of his best qualities. And he’s used the power to pardon for it’s intended purpose in the past, to stop DoJ jihads against people liberals don’t like. He did it for Sheriff Joe Arpaio. He did it for Dinesh D’Souza, who leftist prosecutors charged with a crime what would not have earned a finger-wag for one of the elite. Dinesh, though, made movies critical of Obama, and he had to be made an example of. Trump should use his power for everyone else.

Abusive power can only be resisted by superior power employed to right these injustices. That’s the power of the pardon, the power to cure abuses.

Oh, and he should pardon the whole Obama/Hillary clown car crew too. Pardon Obama, pardon the Harpy, pardon Clapper and Brennan and Comey and McCabe and the whole crew of liberal conspirators. Why not? They will never, ever, not in a zillion years, not even if they were caught on video having their confessions being notarized, be charged with anything.

List their sins, in detail, and pardon them for their myriad crimes. Hang it all around their horned heads, and make them howl in outrage with an act of unwanted, utterly vindictive grace. They were never going to face justice for what they did anyway, so why not?

We need to look forward as a country and stuff, so I am pardoning Hillary for all her crimes, including perjury, obstruction of justice, conspiracy, fraud, tax evasion, graft, sexual abuse enabling, and everything else. We will put the shame of Hillary Clinton behind us forever and move on.

Pardon everybody.

Yeah, corrupt elite still has the power to maliciously prosecute, but we, through our President, have the power to nullify it. And the President should use it. Just don’t pardon Michael Cohen. Cohen’s a rat. Let him sip pruno in the pokey.

My third novel about America after it splits apart due to leftist stupidity has just come out. Action, laughs, mockery of liberals… Wildfire has it all. Check it out.

Too bad only a few people will ever see this, out of 124,000,000 voters.
Hell, most of the Dem voters would not even understand it, anyway.

I hear he's one of a few people that are still willing to pleasure Hillary.

Basically, Mueller-Weissmann were hired to do to Trump and associates what they did to Enron and Merril Lynch.

Total political smear job masked as an official "law enforcement investigation"

LMFAO at any dope who reads into Mueller's totally random indictments as some key to a larger puzzle..."connecting the dots" to a "Russian conspiracy"

When prosecutorial misconduct becomes a crime then we can discuss it. Until then it is what it is.
