I also think it's funny that 20 dimes is his biggest NBA play all year long. As a Mavs fan I'm likely laying off this game (except for maybe playing the over) but I can't wait to see his analysis on it. I don't know where he'll go with this analysis other than pointing out that Houston is 4-1 ATS on the road. They are 2-4 ATS (2-7 SU) @ Dallas, they are 4-12 SU vs Dallas (regardless of location), and they are 4-9-1 ATS when playing Dallas. So he can't really fall back on trends in this game.

20 Dime Rockets - First and foremost, the line move does not scare me as I had the Rockets as a 2-point favorite last night; so the fact it's working it's way to that number tells me I was right. Secondly, the Rockets match up great against the Mavs, as the only win Dallas has against Houston this year was with Yao out of the lineup.
Defense wins games like this, and the defense of the Rockets will be the difference.
The Rockets have to figure the Blazers are not going to lose to the Nuggets at home so they have to win to lock up the 3-seed. A loss could knock them all the way down to the 5th seed and say goodbye to home-court advantage in the first round.
The bottom line for me is I believe the Rockets are a better team right now and in a near pick’em game like tonight, I will gladly roll with the better team because the team that wins this game on the hardwood will probably be the team that covers.
That team will be the Rockets tonight.

The local sports radio station has Lang on as a guest quite a bit and I sent them an e-mail asking why since the guy sucks so bad.
Here was their response:
