Lang's learning to be sharp as he plays one game a day which is totally opposite to a usual square. Just hope he comes back to his losing ways soon.

I know I have ruffled some feathers with some of you, which is disappointing, because I loved this thread and enjoyed the hell out of coming on here daily and posting pics, having fun, and so on.

But guys, things have changed.

Whether the picks win or lose, things have changed.

The money management has been stronger. The plays have been sharper. The picks per day, for the most part, have been fewer.

This is March Madness, which is a great opportunity for Brandon to tout games and increase his dime values, make lots of picks, and so on.

And yet he isn't. Not even close. He's making one play per day, and 10 out of the last 12 times in college hoops, he has made the right play.

Baseball season is coming up, and who knows how he will do with that? But last year, baseball was not all that profitable. Which means it could be a long summer.

Zed, actually C bets have the highest winning percentage. There are 3 reverse bets on Monday. Philly (rev of Orlando) Utah (rev of Boston) and Chicago (rev of houston). The points only can into play on 2 series so it is completely up to you to lay the big juice.

Yes, I agree. Something definitely has changed. Old Langatang would of had 2-5 plays a day the last four days. His one play a day, nothing over a 20 dimer is unlike Langatang. I do know for sure that this thread is monitored by Team Langatang. They know what is going on in here.. I am not sure if someone else is making his picks or he has been told to only do 1 play a day.

Yes, the Langer is not betting the same as he did last year during March Madness. Nothing us faders can do about it. I'm still going to fade Lang whether he comes with 1 play or 4 plays in a day, until the long term numbers show me that it is no longer profitable. Sorry but 2 months and 21 days is not long term.

He did the same crap for baseball after the All-Star break where for about a month all he had were 5 dime trifectas each day. People were bitching back then also.

Seriously, the people whining day in and day out about how things have changed, Lang is no longer square, someone else is picking for him, the fade is no longer profitable...I have just one question for you...WHY ARE YOU STILL HERE? Surely if you feel things are that bad you should stop fading and look for a different system...good luck with that.

Dude, I've provided what I have felt like is a decent solution numerous times on this thread. I have suggested that people either discontinue the fade or scale back their dime values until we are able to pinpoint exactly what has changed.

I'm not going to re-hash what I've discussed many times over — the change in write-ups, the lower dime values, the plays being posted much later, and so on. I've been through it again and again. Some folks have been receptive, others, like yourself, have told me to go fuck myself.

Why do I continue to post in this thread? Because I have an investment in the fade, because I have believed in the fade, and because I would like to (someday) continue fading.

More specifically: Because someone with objectivity needs to offer an opposing view to the prime directive propaganda that gets promoted on this site daily. Newbies come on to this thread each day looking for a golden goose which, frankly, ain't all that golden. At least not in 2010.

It's been a friendly fire — Lang is down, and so are we.

Look, I understand. We're only three months into this in 2010. The year is still young. But at the same time, it's a fairly large sample size. Three months and 150 plays.

We're getting skullfucked, all in the name of the prime directive.

Let's call it like it is.
