I don't know why all the faders left. Pepper and I are still faders. It's just not profitable right now, actually its in the negative over the past 3 months and Lang's clients are doing better over that time. Even Incubus jumped off the fade. Just as Incubus will be jumping back on the fade at some point, I too will be jumping back on. I'm sure Peppers will be too. It has proven to be profitable in the past.

For the record

I am trying to keep this forum limited to three principle daily threads.

Please post in only The Daily Rx Service Plays Thread, The "Fade" Brandon Lang Thread Part 3 or lastly The Daily Service Plays chatter/comps/requests & gm strategy thread in this forum.

These three categories should be sufficient to handle daily traffic especially with College Hoops ending next Monday.

The sport forums are there for posters who want to post their own picks (no pro touts that charge for plays - Site Promotion Forum for that group). You can also discuss various topics in the appropriate forum. This forum is all about service plays only.

I will try to find The Fade Branden Lang Part 1 thread and merge it with the sticky but closed thread titled Fade Branden Lang Part 2 at the top of this page. Then anyone wanting to go back in time will have the entire volume of posts right in front of themselves pinned to the top of this page.

I am going to have a discussion today with CPAW to try to come up with anything we can think of to make this forum easier and more informative for the average Rx Poster interested in service plays.

Please try to understand the original concept of this forum was to provide a one stop source for Rxers who wanted a place to view as many service plays as possible at no cost to you the poster.

Lately the bickering and sophomoric humor has started to hijack parts of this forum. Something CPAW and the rest of the Rx mod team will not allow to happen.

We want to provide plays (fade or follow em, up to you not comic entertainment) for serious players, any size player, small, medium and heavy to use to increase their bottom line by whatever means you choose to use the real information posted here. Starting with COAW there are a solid group of contributors who work hard with the never ending call for as many service plays as possible.

I have no personal favorites among the services and try to treat them all equally as does CPAW. All the Rx.com has to gain from this forum is an occasional service play forum visitor might sign up and play at one of our sponsor books, that is it, there are no deals, kickbacks, or any funds profided to or by The Rx.com to any poster or service.

Please remember I am always available to help out any Rxer who has a problem with The Rx itself or any of our sponsors.

Email me if you need help anytime at person19481950@yahoo.com

Thank you and best of luck to all, wilheim

Could you tell us why the new "Real" Fade Brandon Lang room was closed in the rubber room. It seemed a good idea for the hard core faders to have their own room.

If you could take Pimpy off post review as soon as possible that would be great. I don't think he meant anything personal to any poster when he posted that billboard.

Appreciate your efforts as always! Thanks, wilheim!

Regarding Service Plays in Rubber Room

I closed it but have no problem re-opening it if it means that much to you. Don't expect much help keeping the real problem posters out though as it is the Rubber Room.

For the record Pimpy McPimp is gone. He was already banned once as Vig Vigorish and has had his chances to be a productive and valuable poster.

I will open the Rubber Room version.

Thank you, wilheim

Thanks wilheim for re-opening the "Real" Fade Brandon Lang thread in the Rubber Room. It gives posters an alternative to this thread. Some of us will stay here. But many of the hard core faders want their own thread, free of "trolls." With the two rooms now open, many of the problems may go away:

Mr. Wilheim,

I'd argue that Pimpy is a productive and valuable poster in that he keeps track of Lang's fade record, which is an important role for those of us who fade Lang.

However, I refuse to tell someone how to run their message board. You and the rest of the mods do a great job while putting up with a ton of shit, and I have to give you props for that. I have gone "off the hinges," so to speak, on several occasions, and have never received even a warning. I find you all to be tolerant. Also, I won't pretend to know how much crap you all have to sort through behind the scenes.

In conclusion, I respect your decision, but wish there was a way to reinstate Pimpy, if for no other reason than for him to continue keeping records. I am guessing, of course, but I would think he is one of many members here who attracts outsiders to this site. The original Fade thread was legendary, and while many of us were a huge part in keeping it fun, he was probably most responsible for the thread's success.

More Evidence GM Al DeMarco Is In Charge of Making the Picks and Setting the Dime Values.

The latest nonsensical shpeel on Lang's homepage crafted 100% by DeMarco...

"I've got to tell you guys, the Sunday card was difficult to handicap. I went back and forth on both Elite 8 games and didn't make up my mind till almost 8:30 in the morning, less than 30 minutes before the deadline for posting my selection here online.

Sure, the line for the games were available Friday night, but Friday night I wasn't worrying about a Sunday game; only a fool of a handicapper gets caught looking too far ahead.

To be honest, on Friday night my first thought when I saw the lines was to skip this game and instead play Baylor against Duke. But then I just couldn't get my hands around the Bears, who were definitely the consensus play of most handicappers. I kept thinking maybe Duke pulls it out as Baylor's inexperience in the Big Dance finally shows. And that's what got me back looking at Tennesee-Michigan State.

Bottom line: It was NOT divine intervention that got me the win on the Spartans; I did NOT go to church and pray for the win. Rather it was all the extra research and handicapping that paid off.

Does it always work this way? No, it doesn't, but when it does, the payoff feels great and that's what you should be feeling too - GREAT - because today we wrap up a 5th straight winning week.

Now some of you will say it was just a 5 dime play, but to you I say it was a 5 dime WINNER and that's what counts.

As you've noticed, throughout the month of March I've narrowed my rating scale, generally staying within 5 and 20 dimes - with a 25, 30 and 40 dime winner thrown into the mix. Why? Because in this month of March it's always been my experience that gamblers get buried far too often when they play too many games. Thus I opted to scale back on my number of releases and really tighten the screws to my ratings to help you all with money management. I'll let and 18-5-2 college best bet run speak to my success."

Brandon does not even write like this as it's well written with proper punctuation and if you look at a dead giveaway three paragraphs up and a few lines up as there is a question and then he answers it. That writing style is in about half of deMarco's stuff and Brandon never writes with a question. The guy is an illiterate and doesn't even think that way.

Go look at some DeMarco write ups, it's this to a tee!

If possible, reinstate the Pimp!
I am sure after reading this morning that Pimpy McPimp is gone, we thought of this scene from the movie Goodfellas:

Pimpy is right about one thing!

That is NOT Lang's writing style..........

Lang never spent a day in College. Instead he was swabbing the deck of the Battleship New Jersey. He is for lack of a better word "illiterate"

DeMarco (Rolli) on the other hand is a graduate of Temple (click link below)

http://www.mylife.com/alan-rolli

Even though he lies and says its a Broadcast Journalism degree in the interview below with Crave Online. I mean who would want to put that bald little man on TV anyway. That's why he has always hated (envied) Lang. It is a FACT Rolli picks for Budin and it would not be far fetched that he is doing it for Lang now too. But the truth is Rolli (DeMarco) is a scammer and worked for Stu for a long time.

Crave Online: What got you into this line of work?Al DeMarco: I graduated with a degree out of Temple, a University in Philadelphia with a broadcast journalism degree, worked as a reporter for a while in sports, in radio and TV always had an interest in gambling and in handicapping. Happened to land a job in some reporting and gambling and handicapping, ran a major sports wire service which also had a gambling background to it, just loved it. Got tired of dealing with primadonna athletes, couldn’t see myself going to games day after day for the rest of my life, the great thing about this job, it changes every day, you never know what the next day is going to bring. If you’re a sports junkie and you like the gambling handicapping aspect of it it’s like working in a candy store every day.

Al must hate that he is the POOREST of the bunch. Check out Post #52 here for more.

Look at the free pick writeup, too. I've followed Demarco since 2007 and it's his exact writing style. I've followed Lang since 2006 and obviously can tell, too, it's not his writing style.

This is ridiculous.

The fade thread is clearly over. DeMarco isn't awful and he's not worth tailing.

Like I said a few weeks back there has to be somebody easier to fade.

This has been obvious for a while now. I started tailing last week and had a winning week. It's 5 straight winning weeks for Lang now. I really liked Dallas tonight anway. With all these small dime plays, you won't get buried even if he loses a week. It will be obvious once Lang starts making plays again. Money management will be out the window and he will start chasing. We saw something similar happen during baseball season with 5 dime trifectas everyday that usually won. Then came back the big plays, chasing and losing. Good luck in whatever you decide, just do not fade right now.

Whoever was record keeping on the previous thread was doing a fantastic job. Is that person still on this thread, or can someone else take over?

There isn't a thread without Pimpy. I am a little new to these threads so i am not an expert in thread etiquette. Everyone that has watched me post has known i have been somewhat polite until provoked and even then shown some restraint. Pimpy is what he is but he's a purist regarding the fade and that is what's important here. You guys have your Demarco conspiracy theory well let me tell you mine. This thread has been profitable long term. Somehow someway just maybe someone just might try to destroy this thread because it is costing them money so why not destroy it. Well who knows I may get banned but you can bet your ass i will fade Link and not hesitate. Bring back Pimpy dammit!

Pimpy McPimp from another site:

"First they put me on Post Review and there is a sticky at the top of all the forums that says if you are on Post Review and if you want to get off you need to email Wilheim. So I emailed him explaining the situation about the picture I posted, which is why I think I got put on Post Review but who knows, and when I came home today there was an email back from Wil telling me that the new Fade Lang thread that I started in the Rubber Room was making a mockery of the Service play section and that he had locked the thread...I see now that it's back open. He also told me he was putting me on a 6 month ban from the Rx and he feels that I make no contribution whatsoever to the Rx community, which kind of makes me laugh seeing as how I was part of the most popular thread the Rx had for over a year and in that time kept meticulous records of the scam artist known as Brandon Link/Lang, records that I see copied and pasted at other forums. I emailed Wil back and told him I think he's making a mistake on this one but Oh well, nothing I can do about it I guess to change his mind."

^ Pimpy drove a lot of traffic to the rx and posted a brandon link/lang record for a year or so. He and some others exposed the scamdicapper and made many faders some easy cash. Sad to see him get banned. It's pretty obvious by now that ling/lang switched his ways or demarco's got him by the balls. I mean over a million views for crying out loud, I understand that it was nasty at points, I just hate to see it all end up like this. This fade is on its last leg, I enjoyed the ride ... gl
