Tiz, I was going to compare Carter to today but BB beat me to it. I know BB lived through it. He and I both survived Carter, Nam and host of other things including cancer. Yea things are fucked up now and they will be fucked up again in the future but I trust that we’ll get through this period just like we did the Carter era. Hang in there it’s a long road and then you die. Reality is harsh.

i have a lady friend unfortunately its one of those long distance deals so i don't "get laid" steadily

Nah, of all the times I’ve been inebriated I‘ve never shit myself. However I will admit that after radiation treatment it happened more often then not. But that’s history. How you doing? :toast:

For me, it was robotic surgery - gotta love it - Operation at noontime - they have me walking around at 6 PM, and discharge me at 10 AM the following morning.

The pencil sized catheter up my dick was intimidating - and it hurt like hell when they took it out - but what the hell, I'm still alive and getting better every day - Oh, and thank god for maxi-pads,. otherwise i'd be pissing myself to death.

Hey, Obama plays online poker. That's good enough for me. JM's stance on gambling on college sports doesnt exactly have me happy.

I played Blackjack with McCain in Vegas about 4 years ago. He played 25 bucks a hand, basic strategy and said he was up about 100 when he left. He's a pretty entertaining guy and it was easy to make him laugh. I never saw him go into the sportsbook though.

Thanks Joe - I'm so happy we have a non-government run medical system - otherwise my options would have been severly limited - I rue the day we end up with social medicine - it will be one step forward and three large steps backward.
