Yes, he needs to appeal, only way for him to get it to the SCOTUS. If Sidney Powell or someone has overwhelming evidence of multi-state fraud, the SCOTUS may take it and make a ruling because there wouldn't be enough time for it to go through federal/appeals courts.

they know now that they have been caught with their hands in the cookie jar and they and their whole party of criminals are putting a plan in place to do damage control. i just watched sidney powell and she left no room for misunderstanding that they have a huge amount of credible evidence to back up their accusations. this is first time since the results were announced that i have hope that the false results will be overturned.
