I posted this in another thread, but Lin Bell is suing GA over that decree. I can't see how it would be rejected in court, the state legislature was not involved, intentionally, in making those rules, so they are not valid, per US Constitution.

Wood's lawsuit against GA claiming, correctly, that the GA Sec of St and the GA Board of Elections illegally created an agreement to alter how absentee ballots were counted (like no signature match required) is likely to win. There was never any involvement by the state legislature in approving the measures, and that is required by federal law. Who crafted the agreement? Hillary lawyer Marc Elias of Perkins Coie, who helped funnel the money to create the phony russian dossier.

The SCOTUS' rulings could be severe enough that the HoR will be asked to elect. Fortunately, in that case, it's one vote per state and I think Republican's have a 27-23 edge.
