when I was a waiter I waited on Rizzuto and presumably his wife one day. Only towards the end of the meal did I notice he seemed sort of familiar and then I recognized him.

I told him I liked baseball and he really perked up and we had a nice little talk. I told him I liked the red sox and he didnt make some stupid little joke about that like a lot of people do when Im wearing a red sox hat. ( I hear all kinds of stuff, mostly unpleasent)

He was a very pleasent person who obviously loved baseball very much. I liked him

Joba couldve been called up and I bet hed have better numbers than Roger right now that is for sure!!

Hughes get's the start tonight in Anaheim tonight in a 3 game series vs the Angels.
