A-Rod crushed his 26th HR of the season,and now has 70 RBI's. :thumbsup:

The Captain's gone 6 for 9 with a HR ,2 doubles, 3 RBI's, 2 runs scored and a stolen base in the 1st two games of the series.

Wang goes for the Bombers tonight.He hasn't given up a HR to a right handed batter since September-2006.

Very ugly series. The bats went cold. I still think the wild card is within reach....the division might be too much of a stretch. If they are within 3 of the wild card by the All Star break they have a legitmate shot.

I hate to say it but things are looking bleak. They are banged up, playing sloppy baseball and losing ground each day.

Losing 5 of 6 to the Rockies and Giants might be the nail in the coffin.

This has to be the most frustrating team in baseball. To lose 5 of 6 on this interleague trip is unacceptable considering their talent compared to the opposition. The Giants are doormat in their division, but the Yanks made them look like a contender.

When will heads roll with this team??? Either Mr. Steinbrenner has mellowed in his later years, or his health is not all that good. Usually, we would get something out of the "Boss"....The George Steinbrenner everybody has become accustomed to would not tolerate this fiasco for one minute.

The season is over...no division title, the wild card is a long shot....Joe Torre and Brian Cashman need to be let go, and get this team on track to start fresh in 2008.
