WE CLOSE THE FADE FUND - ITS A LOSING PROPOSITION NOW:
You can bet with Lang or bet against him. I prefer to bet against him or fade him, because a lot of his bets seem "square." But the fade is not working well for us. Lang is no longer making the picks or setting the dime amounts, General Manager Al DeMarco is doing that now. Lang still makes the videos and does some writeups, he still has that "movie star" aura. But management needed to stop Lang's losing ways, such as his dismal 2009 record where Lang lost more than 1,600 dimes. Now that DeMarco is making the picks, using Lang's past record to predict the future is another definition of craziness. But we will continue the fade regardless! Once a fader, always a fader. You should be consistent in your betting and use good money management, especially now. I follow his dime amounts but bet the opposite side. Thank God for money management, as the bankroll goes down so does the per dime bet amount. Lang and DeMarco are actually ahead over 400 dimes on the year without the 530 dime loss on the Super Bowl. Using money I can afford to lose and I am losing it as you can see below. But I believe my money management system will get me through these rough times. I continue the fade, full speed ahead:

AN EXAMPLE OF VARYING THE PER DIME BET, I am down $657.82 or almost 66% after 19 games and 18 days. Obviously, I would of done much better betting with Lang (DeMarco) than against him over this period. Betting with Lang we would of more than doubled our bankroll rather than being down 66%:
THE LANG FADE RECORD, STARTING 3/4/2010 WITH $1,000 WITH A SMALL BANKROLL AND A HIGH DEGREE OF RISK (1% of the bankroll = 1 dime then add the vig)(Maximum 1/3 of bankroll bet at any one time which is 30 dimes plus the vig):

You could of easily got this pick at -4 1/2 this morning. Always try to bet favorites early. Brandon Lang grades this game as a push but we grade it as a win since we had it at -4 1/2. I hate it that Lang and his group do not set a line before the game:

If you see or have the pick today, can you post it please?

Lol do we know what he is on today yet

No, but if its out there it will get posted to the Wednesday service plays thread:

http://www.therxfourm.com/showthread.php?t=763328

If you see it or anyone else, can you please post it here.

If you are buying the pick anyone, can you post the pick here too but without the writeup. They customize the writeups to identify who is giving out the pick, and will cancel the subscribers service without a refund.

Thanks!

Good luck!

Bonus Play

Dayton a free pick winner last night, now 6 of the last 9 good, and 14 of the last 22 Bonus Plays also good, and I have another winner for you tonight in the NBA.

Take the Knicks plus the points at Portland tonight.

The Blazers in the classic "sandwich" spot, as they are off games against New Orleans and Oklahoma City, and they have a look-ahead to tomorrow night in Denver up next.

Watch the Knicks sneak inside of this number, as New York just covered at Utah on Monday to make it 9 covers in their last 14 games.

Throw in Portland's 2-4 spread mark when laying 9-points or more, and the Blazers 0-3 spread slide against the Knicks the last 3 meetings, and I feel I am getting solid value with the underdog New Yorkers tonight.

Do you get the Langsters play every day? How to post the Langster's pick and not get caught.

How did the Langster catch subscribers posting his writeups?

There was a strange code in the write-ups that they posted and Lang (well not Lang himself, but someone at that site) used that to find out who was posting the picks and he canceled their subscriptions.

Here is the code highlighted below in pink. From:

http://forum.therx.com/showpost.php?p=7717787&postcount=36917

Tuesday's Selection .... NOTE:
Winning in March.

Nothing beats winning in March, and considering the fact I am looking for college basketball winner # 7 in a row, I would say my opinion is right where it needs to be 16 days into this month.

Have a great feel for college basketball right now and the product I am churning out speaks for itself. Simple as that.

Feel great about 6 straight college winners. 11-2-1 college best bet run. 3 straight winning weeks.

Looking for more tonight. I want # 7 in a row badly. I want to push the best bet run to 12-2-1. I want 4 straight winning weeks when all is said and done after this week.

So without any further hesitation, let's get the winning Tuesday, and start the pursuit of winning week # 4 in a row.

5 DIME - VCU RAMS

They let it slip away.

In their conference tourney loss to Old Dominion the Rams held a double digit 2nd half lead and then end up losing in OT.

Bottom line folks is this is an NCAA tourney quality team led by the big fella down low Larry Sanders, who comes in averaging just under
15 points a game and close to 10 boards.$:( Now they step a bit down to battle George Washington out of the A-10, and my feeling is VCU will outclass them and advance here.

GW lost but covered in their conference tourney, losing by 10 to Dayton as an 11 1/2 point dog which put them at 3-7 SU their last 10.

With this game being such a small number, the team that wins this game will probably be the one that covers and for my dollar that team is VCU.

VCU is 4-1 ATS last 5 as a favorite and 15-6 ATS last 21 games following a SU loss.

You throw that together with the fact GW is 2-6 ATS last 8 home games versus a team with a losing road record and an even more horrific 7-21-3 ATS last 31 non- conference games, and you have yourselves a winner with the Rams tonight.

VCU rolls on with a solid road win tonight.

FREE PICK - WILLIAM & MARY TRIBE

------

You can give out the plays, but there is a safe way to do it:

Don't start giving out the plays the same day you sign up for the service, wait a few days or weeks.

Never post a writeup.

The best way to do it, is to email a trusted poster such as Golden Greek or Armani over at ATS and he will post it in their daily service play thread or email it to CPAW here and he will post it in the daily service play thread. Once its posted on one board, all the boards will post it in a matter of minutes. If you do that, there is no way the Langster can trace it back to you.

Its a shame someone who has paid for a year's subscription got it canceled without a refund. You got to be smarter than the Langster!

We DON'T know for sure what Brandon Lang is on tonight!

Yesterday, we thought Lang would be on the Jazz. But he wasn't, the Jazz won but his pick on the Hornets lost. The day before we thought he had North Carolina, but he had Rhode Island. North Carolina won. Just because we do not have his pick, why stop betting now?

Game is on TV, 10:35 PM Eastern:

http://www.atdhe.net/16449/watch-portland-blazers-vs-denver-nuggets

Its hard to get the Langster's picks now and we see that continuing. So beginning today we are giving you what we think the Langster is on. From his site:

We are guessing the Langster has the Denver Nuggets -5 tonight. But we love the Nuggets tonight anyways.

The Langster is down 5 dimes tonight on this game. While we don't know for sure what side he is on, we love the Denver Nuggets -5 here at home - here is why, this writeup courtesy of Jimmy Boyd. You know Al DeMarco loves home chalks, and just check out the against the spread (ATS) stats on this game:

It's gut check time for the Nuggets tonight. They return home after a 5-game road trip where they were brutal and I fully expect them to make a statement. The Nuggets are 30-6 at home on the season where they are winning by 9.4 points on average. The home team has dominated this matchup to the tune of 6-1 ATS in the last 7 meetings. Plus, the Trail Blazers are 1-5 ATS in the last 6 meetings in Denver and 10-25-1 ATS in the last 36 meetings overall. The Nuggets are 52-25-3 ATS in their last 80 games as a favorite of 5.0-10.5 points, 38-15-2 ATS in their last 55 games as a home favorite of 5.0-10.5 points and 6-0 ATS in their last 6 home games vs. a team with a winning road record. Lay the points.
