I'd say it is more representative of the % of straight up sluts on facebook than popularity of boob-jobs in costa rica. Having said that there is a lot of fake down here, but are usually found on but not limited to whores, strippers and bartenders who sometimes strip and/or whore themselves.

No. In the best case scenario you would have to deposit it and wait 30 to 45 for it to be cleared. BCR is one bank that accepts these instruments for such deposits.
