Zapster, you have to double check as you're scrolling down the picks screen while entering picks because sometimes picks will change as you're scrolling. I think it happened to me yesterday. I've noticed it during prior years before submitting my final card, but yesterday I failed to notice.

Has anyone tracked the picks in these contests at all to see if masses are asses or the majority of the one side Bets win. I’d be interest to know the results of that

I have over the years. Conclusion: do not follow the masses. It provides no advantage above chance. Some years it will look good, and other years not, so it all evens out. If you have a good picking strategy that can get 2 or 3 percentage points above chance, and you also add in the angle of the public and who they are on, you just took your 53% advantage and mixed with a 50% effect, you just lowered your effectiveness to 51 or 52%. Ignore what others are doing. No value there at all!

Hey JOH, I just looked at the prize pool and is the payout 84% or 92%? Thought there was just the 8% admin fee, and that $184 of the $200 entry fee went towards the contest. Is there an 8% admin and an additional 8% other? I suppose the other 8% could be for the silly questions, dealing with wrong codes and dealing with the bitching of the deadline for picks.....lol.

It's 8%, and 8% of 200 is 16
