These are the peaceful protesters representing the Republican Party in Charlottesville in a thread about Charlottesville. Seems like the right place to me. May seem useless to some, others maybe not.
I was watching the news and an Alt-Right leader held a press conference in Charlottesville today. When he started, protesters walked up and physically attacked him. One person was charged with assault and the cops had to escort away from the podium.
Freedom of speech? Well, only when the stuff being said jives with what you want to hear. If not, it's ok to physically assault people.

Trump should not have praised the state and local police. They did the opposite of their job. Total disaster. #Charlottesville
nobody defended his actions, but you're not convinced he's guilty?...At most I can grant you the you're not sure it's premeditated yet but now you're not sure he's guilty? his car, he's caught driving it, police chief says it's intentional homicide, he's been charged, eye witnesses blow out the conspiracy theory of the angry mob and the scared little nazi...and it just isn't open and close for ya huh lol...are you waiting for him to throw up a post hit some counter protestors selfie and hashtag it#hitandruncharlottesville2017bitches before you'll accept that he's already guilty, all that needs establishing is how long he rots in prison or if we can just bootfuck him off the planet
Jeff Sessions tells @GMA the Charlottesville attack meets "the definition of domestic terrorism in our statute." (link: http://abcn.ws/2vBh7NT) abcn.ws/2vBh7NTSo is there a verdict?
Terrorist attack, no terrorist attack?
