Noel Brown won the chance for a free Chicago Cubs tattoo.
It’s no ordinary ink.
It’s a 2016 World Series Champions tattoo featuring a goat in the middle and the words "Holy cow! Curse broken, World Series champions."
Brown was the winner of a local radio station contest.
The health insurance underwriter says he's not superstitious and that having a tattoo claiming the cubs won the world series so soon is not tempting fte.

My daughter is a tattoo artist in Brooklyn. And goes to Thailand every year to train and learn more....will be happy to ask her any questions you have about the tattoo business.....

Not sure if this is actually considered a surgery or what is the worst case if something went wrong. My rule is never try to save money when it involves health. Maybe you wait and see if the new technology cost comes down? I dunno, I don't have any tatoos, but that's my two cents .
