this is true under certain circumstances, but usually with smaller line swings. 4 points is absurd... theres definetly smart money on oregon or the line wouldn't have moved that much

Go research and learn how to read steam.. Seriously I'm not being a dick it helps a lot.. You end up holding off a lot of losing bets and picking a lot more winners..

Yeah these "reverse steam" tactics are used early in the week when the max wager is much lower, then they place another max wager (much larger) the day of the game..
