Actually its a pretty easy read..

Go research and learn how to read steam.. Seriously I'm not being a dick it helps a lot.. You end up holding off a lot of losing bets and picking a lot more winners..

A lot of times "wiseguys" would use the “steam following” to their advantage. They would knowingly bet on the wrong side just to obtain a more favorable number when they finally "bought back" on the other side.
