System play has changed the way i wager (forever?)

dont you guys think that ive done hours of backtesting with this.........

i am very serious when i tell you........... this is going to be a safe, low risk, long term money maker..........

the risk is only one unit per wager, never more.........

im starting to rip the NBA now and by the way,,,,,,,, my goal is a modest (+2 units) weekly, year round........

Winbet, you cant rip me........ because what im doing is selecting ML underdogs mechanically and risking only one unit each on them......

the more selections that i have (that fit the criteria of the system) the more money that ill make........... simple as that.......

i cannot reach for plays however........

friday, i had 14 plays (went 9-5)

saturday, i have 6 plays.......

some days more, some days less........

You've always been about just making money and it was you that told me not to get involved with all the drama on these forums which I appreciated and took to heart. Seriously though, I like SSI and Tulsa as they remind me of my early betting when I was doing the same thing, looking for a pot of Gold under the Gooseberry Bush, alas there's no such thing. In my 35 odd Years Bookmaking I never once seen a system that stood the test of time but I seen plenty of winning Punters that just knew their Maths and worked on critical margins. Rather than bar them I used to hedge their bets and learn, some of the things the Pro's used to do looked ridiculous until you realised all you were doing was paying them. Bottom line is hard work backed up by solid maths while always respecting the Books view will earn a crust but not a pot of Gold, thats for dreamers. :drink:

all i can say is, im playing the last 2 weeks of spring training, add that along with the playoffs and world series, makes about 31 weeks of baseball. i expect to be up (+62 units or better) when we reach the end of october.

modest but attainable goals.....

Ted, how have you been, Memphis +2.5 should be good today, if you want my opinion......

my MLBX plays are in the baseball room.............. my nba plays are posted elsewhere, not sure i can mention that on here....... lets just say, across the street in the nba room....

just couldnt leave it alone......... that coupled with the fact that i dont have the time or desire to cap anymore, leaves me with this...........

winbet, not going to bite on that one............. no need to email.......... im supremely confident in this one.......... in fact i am positive that i have found the "missing link", so to speak... no way that ill give details on how the games are selected.......... but ill gladly post the plays and i cant be fairer than that.....

its over, i simply now have to punch in the plays daily and collect the profits "over time"............

in all seriousness, thats how confident that i am......

The #1 thing you need in anything is effort. There are too many variables in each sporting event on any given day for a system to work. You can't just consider this next system to be the holy grail. But, I wish you luck this upcoming season and hopefully it'll work out.

Pro-Sports ML Underdog Value System (all 4 pro-sports)

Flat betting (all risking one unit).
Moneyline Underdogs only.
Absolutely no martingaling.
The higher number of plays, the greater the profits.
Cutout all borderline selections. (no reaching) (a past problem for me).

I can run a 15 game card in less than 20 minutes......

No line shopping required but of course to maximize the profits, you need to get the best line......

Play the selections that are from (+1.00 to +1.10) immediately, probably better to wait as long as possible on all the others.......

thats about all i can tell you winbet....

Wildemu, the effort has been put into developing this, now the system works for me and not me for the system......

You can hope and try to reduce it, but you cannot completely remove emotion.

I reversed on the emini sp 500 monday morning at 1406.25 and am still long..... its at 1447 now, as im sure you know.....

you know how many times, i wanted to jump out and take profit, on the rise............. ill answer that, ZERO......... im out when the system takes me out and not until...........

the beauty of a mechanical system, whether sports wagering or trading the markets is:::::: it takes YOU completely out of the equation.....

ill bet a lot of posters here, could make money, if they would only remove themselves from the picture, think about that..........

Easier said than done and I dont believe it can be done.

Especially by any person that cut their teeth betting sports via handicapping.

Also, any winning systems should be occasionally tweaked for such things as rule changes, coaching changes and other points of emphasis.

"Profitable" is not really an answer.

Frankly I'm pretty sure the rest of us would be more interested on THIS result rather than the 30-40 or so games you have quoted in the first post.
