I know a guy that keeps over 2 million cash in his home in fire proof safes because he doesn't believe in banks/stock market etc.. Robbery or some crazy natural disaster and he goes from a multi millionaire to broke instantly

Who's gullible? you don't think people have cash like that? I personally know at least 3 or 4 people that have over a million in cash sitting at their home. It's not that uncommon at all if you know wealthy individuals that own cash rich businesses. When taking in 40-75k in cash every weekend at your small company it ain't that hard.

they don't tell everyone about it and I never said it was sharp. But of course friends and those involved in the business are aware of it. I think it's foolish and dangerous for his family to be doing that. I was just sharing the story, I don't agree with him. someone will murder your entire family without blinking an eye for that kind of money.

If you have good credit and in turn have credit cards with good rewards whether it's travel or cash back, you are bat shit crazy for not using them for every purchase then paying off in full at end of month


I could have a small vacation paid for in full right now with my travel rewards card but saving my points until I can pay for major one like 2 weeks in Hawaii or Aruba.
