I ALWAYS try to pay with a card. That being said, I try to carry at least $500 on me at all times.
I'm surprised more people on a gambling forum aren't the same way. I could be somewhere and a poker game busts out, or some other form of gambling. I don't want to have to go to an ATM.
Although, I have heard of a game where no one carries cash, and at the end of the night, everyone writes personal checks to each other. Hows that!
