By all means you can protest it if you want, and try to shame the company into "doing the right thing", but there's no legal recourse here.

1) How do you know what this guy's views are?

2) I don't post when I'm at work. Nice try though.

When you are taking part in a rally featuring nazi wannabes you are declaring some of your political views. Whether or not he is a full blown believer is irrelevant as his employer decided keeping him around was bad for business.

Then you you must be jobless since you post almost as much as that other loser greenbacks.

Stuff like anything... What I know or don't know doesn't matter. If his employer wants to fire him they can for anything. I don't need to know what he's done, it's none of my business. Private property stumps all other rights, it stumps your need to know as an outsider, it stumps his right to free speech. Let me make it simple... If I don't want someone in my house, I don't need to give them an explanation, I can give them one if I want... but it really doesn't matter. If people understood this one basic principle there would be less debate over distractive nonsense.

Oh really? You can fire a person based on race, religion or disabilities?

1) None of us know that from viewing a single still photo.

2) I make a very good living thanks.

I'm not protesting at all and not shaming anyone. It's just a sign of the times when you can fire a man based on viewing one single still photo. That's the fear companies now have about social media. If they didn't fire this guy, the gym would've been shamed into firing him on social media.

Shame in what? How do you know what he was doing there? Our society these days is so quick to view a photo and jump to conclusions about what people's intent is.

Come on man, you can find a more solid stance in which to take a foothold. You've got nothing here.

As stated numerous times by numerous different people, it doesn't MATTER why he was fired (unless it could be deemed discriminatory), so who fucking cares.

Guy shows up in a pic at a white supremacist rally flashing a white power sign wearing a gas mask and you're gonna play the "we don't know for sure why he was there" card. Come on.

My employer can fire me cause they don't like the color shirt I'm wearing, or with no explanation at all. It's always been that way (as it should be), so this is not a sign of the times.

Dude you are running in circles. Yes we have the Civil rights ACT, and other acts. But they aren't amendments, they have to be renewed every so often, ACT's are meant to be temporary, that's why they have to be renewed. They are exemptions of the constitution, like the "Patriot Act". There's no act protecting this man from being fired for anything else. Are you implying that he was fired for race, religion, or disability? What is your argument Enfuego? Can you please clarify. Do you think his job is somehow protected by law? Please clarify. Do you think congress should vote on an act to protect people from being fired for exercising freedom of speech. There isn't one as of now because that would be crazy. So where are you at? Do you think his firing was illegal? Or should be illegal? Or you just don't like it?

Employers are more sensitive than ever due to social media. This wasn't the case 10 years ago. So, yes, it is a sign of the times.

No he shouldn't be fired for going to any rally he wasn't breaking the law in the photo and nobody really cares or will change his views

Gotta agree with this and this

we are now in the era of social media
whether people want to accept it or not, they are representing the organizations they work for 24/7.
how you conduct yourself in public is going to be important and professionalism is expected. from celebrities to every day joes, everyone is accountable......

Sad and Scary Truth to have to face but its Reality that there are (from somewhere) literally Millions of people who are not just willing but eager to completely destroy another person's life.

This Guy placed himself at a very Racist rally cloaked in the gear of the lunatic fringe. He had to have enough common sense to know this outcome, him losing his job, was not just possible but probable.

Guy in this Video is a whole other story but it illustrates excellently why the Quoted posts above are true. SJWs are gonna kill this man. He's a Great Man, totally Innocent of anything worth having his life ended over.

Virtue Signalers don't care though. These people are Sociopathic Killers. Their Weapon not a gun but Internet Enabled devices that allow them to type and share their sickness to the world, bring others down to their own level of misery.

We need to Rescue this guy, somehow. From the devastation that these idiots have done to him. Totally 100% Undeservedly. This Crap has already given him one Heart Attack:

If I owned or was the boss of this guy he wouldn't be working there anymore. Also the same if an employee was showing up at BLM protests. Fired!
