kind of funny you dont hear of the blm protesters losing their jobs

perhaps cause most don't have jobs? :) Your taxes r paying to feed them. Sorry.

let's hope this Mr Ritter chap whom for WHATEVER reason feels shame and has gone into hiding does something out of character; grows a set. Show's the world his 'white power' and opens his OWN fitness centre . That's right, becomes a small business owner....takes courage. Does he have it in him? Certainly , the mask has to go.

Shame in what? How do you know what he was doing there? Our society these days is so quick to view a photo and jump to conclusions about what people's intent is.

I lived in N.C. once and my neighbor was a huge racist. He threw the "N" word around all the time and we obviously didn't share the same opinion when it came to race relations in America. That said, he was a decent, hard working guy with a nice family and even invited us out for a weekend on his boat near the beach.

Should I be fired from my job because I spoke to my neighbor on a frequent basis?

Whether you like it or not you represent your employer even when off the clock. Clearly the guy's employer doesn't share his views so they decided to part ways.

You should be fired from your job because you are a thief. As much as you post here, we know you aren't doing the job you are being paid to do.

1) How do you know what this guy's views are?

2) I don't post when I'm at work. Nice try though.

i don't care what his views are. Can you understand that? HIS employer wasn't comfortable with what he saw, adn after 'careful consideration '(am assuming did some due diligence) let the chap go. The chap has yet to defend himself. He does have you tho

kindly reach out to him-- get him one of those govt jobs...:)

he opted out of his contract to become an unrestricted free agent. he was never cut

Why did he do that?

Why?

How did that make even one bit of Sense whatsoever (for Himself), for Kap to Opt-Out?

Was there some big Payday for him if he voluntarily left? I don't understand.

Big Wang is a 283 lb. 6' 7" Asian Guy (Probably Samoan) Richoff is a 6'0" 182.4 kg Canadian. Unless this cat is a Shapeshifting Alien "Grey" these are not the same guy.

All I'm saying is we enter a dangerous time when a man can be fired from a job based on the location where a photo was taken. We have no idea what that guys is doing there. Maybe he's documenting the event via photo/video. Maybe he just went there to see what was going on. I don't know.

We can't look at a still photo and fire a guy for association without knowing the facts.

while this is true, we are now in the era of social media
whether people want to accept it or not, they are representing the organizations they work for 24/7.
how you conduct yourself in public is going to be important and professionalism is expected. from celebrities to every day joes, everyone is accountable.

he can make his own statement on why he was there. and if he was wrongly accused, he could easily lawyer up real quick. it doesn't seem like he's putting up much of a fight, which would suggest that the pictures confirm why he was there.

"we" didn't fire anyone, a private business did. And nothing has changed during "these times" we've always lived in a time, when people could be fired for any reason at any time. Trump's fired half his staff, for less. And "you" don't have all the facts as to why they may have fired him, plus its a private business, so really it's none of ours.

And neither do you. It's ok to admit it.

No I don't, but at least I have a firm grasp on the importance of private property rights. Do you think there should be laws protecting people like him from being fired for stuff like this?

Stuff like what? What do you know he did that the rest of us don't? He's standing in a still photo.

Stuff like anything... What I know or don't know doesn't matter. If his employer wants to fire him they can for anything. I don't need to know what he's done, it's none of my business. Private property stumps all other rights, it stumps your need to know as an outsider, it stumps his right to free speech. Let me make it simple... If I don't want someone in my house, I don't need to give them an explanation, I can give them one if I want... but it really doesn't matter. If people understood this one basic principle there would be less debate over distractive nonsense.
